we always have a problem with the manager here and we come at least 4x a week, on one instance she dropped my sandwich on the floor and asked if i wanted her to remake it, as if i would eat a sandwich that was just on the floor. on another instance i came in trying to pay for a refill after i just got a meal and the manager said there are no free refills before i even got to step fully in the store. she's rude and dirty. she touches stuff from the floor and the trash then proceeds to make the food. after asking if she can wash her hands she proceeds to tell me to get out of the store when all i did was tell her to be sanitary. we don't ever have problems with the workers it's always the manager who is very rude.

When we first walked in there was a girl stocking the fridge with drinks who was not very welcoming. A lady by the name of Lisa came out to attend to us. Let me just say she was very sweet! She had great customer service skills! We need more people like her out there because everywhere else nowadays customer service has gone out the window. Thank you Lisa for being so nice this evening. My stepdaughter enjoyed her sub :-)

absolutely ridiculous service, we were the only two people in the restaurant there was no reason for them to be so rude, short with us & make us feel like a burden. didn’t look at their name tags but i’m writing this as I left so it’s the three ladies working now. I am astounded by the lack of empathy from three adults working out of a hospital where some people are going through the worst day of their lives. especially from the “shift lead” who basically looked & spoke to us as if she thought we were idiots when we were nothing but nice. even through the trauma my family is experiencing I am taking time to write this, that should tell you how bad the experience was. the one older lady didn’t seem rude she just seemed new but she still didn’t say anything to the others about their attitude - terrible, terrible people.

I had Subway when it first came out years ago and it used to feel the sandwiches I've gotten so used to Subway not feeling the sandwich if it's Philly steak or roasted chicken I really am vegan but every so often I break down but I'm only going to Harris hospital to be admitted we stopped off at the subway in Harris hospital. I was truly amazed I order a Philly steak the staff just piled it all on including olives and a few other little things onions and bell peppers and I would no matter where I'm at in this country I will come back to this Subway anytime that I crave a Subway and bypass on the ones that are skipping on everything but this Subway is the greatest in the world in Harris hospital otherwise known as Texas Health they are just fantastic and if they want to know anymore they can leave me a message here or give me they can ask me for my phone number I recommend this restaurant over any restaurant in the hospital District or in Fort Worth Texas I don't care what it is that Philly steak was the best sandwich to have eaten in over 40 years. By the way I had purchased some cookies too chocolate chip dark chocolate and the cheesecake cookie well worth the price. Happy Christmas and have a fabulous New Year's everybody!!?????
Vegetarian options: Even though I didn't go vegetarian this time at the subway when I got that Philly steak but I'll tell you right now if I go anywhere in the world and I want a Subway I'm probably going to wait till I come back to Texas and come back to Texas Health Building and get me the most delicious subway now ever tasted!!
