Lady with glasses decided to close early and put everything up 30 mins before close when I came in. She looked at me and didn’t speak. I had to say something. Very rude. I could understand if it was a restaurant but it’s quick food to prepare.

The lady working around 8:50 PM on March 31st, 2025, was seriously gross. I almost threw up watching her go to town scratching an itch with her gloves on — while making someone’s order!!?
I tried to brush it off as a one-time thing, but oh boy. She straight-up decided to wipe guac off her gloves onto her pants and kept going like nothing happened!!
Why on earth would someone reach towards their butt to wipe guac off!!? If they really had no other option but their pants. That was beyond disgusting. I have definitely lost my appetite for Subway for now.

Another disgusted customer, but some Subways are better than others... I have repeatedly asked for gluten free bread they can order from their supplier. I understand they will not do it. So I asked Mike at the counter for scoops of tuna. Most Subways do this for me and place the to go scoops in a container. Never a problem, except here. I do not complain to Subway because in the past they do nothing. So, I recommend McDonald's right there only a few feet away. I do highly recommend the Pilot Travel Center here too. I will try another Subway. Thanks Mike.

I was served by Maureen and she’s an unmatched sandwich maker with Great customer service skills. An outstanding Artisan. I would highly recommend this Subway location.

Took 15 minutes for someone to finally come from the back and they do not freshly slice anything. Was told by the employee that they dont even have room up front for the slicer and don't have the staff to freshly slice. Absolutely horrible ?

I've never seen a nicer and calm person working at Subway around the country than Natalie. I could feel she cares about customers and talks in a pleasant way with no rush. I would return anytime to order more food only because of her polite and classy attitude. A really pleasant person.

I been here since 30 minutes there is no one to help us!!!!!
Not even 10p.m and there closed,also find it funny the pilot staff walks back there and makes themselfs a sandwich when there closed...just calling corporate and seeing what needs or can be done with this issue..
