So we all watch the subway commercials right, we'll Brian was my sandwich artist and he actually made my sandwich the way thet look in the commercials lol while being super polite and on point with all the toppings I asked for great energy and professional. Thanks Brian ill definitely be back

Severely understaffed at peak times. If you place an order online or through a service like Ubereats it will likely just never be completed. They probably should only accept walk in business based on their very low volume capacity.

It took me 30 minutes to get cookies. Whomever the franchise owner is needs to do a complete staff change. Always the same two kids. There is a young kid African American with locs and wears a gold chain and an air pod in his ear, he does not want to be there and you can tell. Completely ignored a line of 6 people to go wash knives in the back, only to come back and start slowly making online orders without saying a word to anyone. He doesn't change his gloves between running the register and fixing food which is probably why people are complaining of food poisoning. The poor young Asian kid is not confident at all and moves so slow but at least he will smile at you. I do not recommend going to this Subway. There's one on Avondale-Haslet across from Walmart about 15 minutes away. Save yourself the frustration.

Awful. Mobile order was supposed to be ready by 12:55, 1 sandwich and 2 salads. 1:05 kid brings bag and it has 3 sandwiches…. He made the 2 salads and once I got back to work the salads were wrong, did not receive oven roasted chicken.

Workers didn’t mention that they were out of items until after I paid & they were extremely slow pace. No one in front of me yet took them 40 minutes. Also to add, they got the order wrong. This location sucks. Avoid it if possible.

Location on Westport Parkway is ALWAYS out of something. I avoid going there, but every two months or so....I try because they are in close proximity to my home. Today there were no Italian meatballs and no rotisserie chicken. I will give them another try in May ?

Walked in to order. Started with the side kicks and after she tells me they are OUT of BREAD!?!? WHAT? They also don't know anything about what they offer..... the sidekicks come with Cheese?? She doesn't know... very poor customer service.
