Messed up my sandwich today and I paid for extra meat and didn't get it I barely got the regular meat. Toppings were missing completely and took the girl forever to find my sandwich because she was looking at the last name and not my first. So annoyed!!!! And then they don't answer the phone... I even tried to call the store manager number on the receipt...NEVER AGAIN...

As a truck driver who has driver all over This is BY FAR one of the cleanest and welcoming locations I’ve ever visited. I was greeted upon entry and welcomed with a smile. I personally can’t get over how clean and fresh the veggie station was presented. Sandwich was great I’ll be back next week!

I’ve ordered from here before, no issues. But today I ordered through app what I wanted, picked up and got back to work, completely different sandwich 😡🤬. I hate lettuce on a sandwich, had enough on it I could’ve had a side salad. Don’t care for ham, why I ordered turkey, wanted mustard and sweet onion sauce. Nothing!! Did get salt and pepper right. Only veggies I asked for were tomatoes, pickles and onions, sandwich had all veggies except onions lol so freaking sad that people can not make a sandwich correctly, really wondering if these ladies working can read English? Because couldn’t speak it very well.

I came in today around 5:10, the staff never acknowledged me, even after I brought it to their attention, that they should always acknowledged the customer when they enter the establishment. A man walked in while I was checking out; he was immediately acknowledged, maybe because he was of another race. If I wouldn't have been able to see my food prepared, I would have walked out. I will not patronize this establishment again. You wonder why so many businesses closes. Bad Customer Service 😑

I went in at lunchtime. Line didn’t move. Didn’t have jalapeño chips. Almost all the fountain drinks were broken or out. Left without ordering

I normally get a foot long sandwich for $14.00 -$17.00 more or less. Today I was charged the same price for a 6” chicken wrap!! is this fair?

Just ordered Philly on doordash. it was cold . Like ice cold.. I even had them toast the bread.. they didn't. Sad part is I left a $5 tip. And I live down the street..
I ordered online for pickup and then i go in and still have to wait 10 mins just to be ignored , I have to yell because the cashier is ignoring me”I have a pickup order” then she tosses my food at me , without even looking at me, i go home and set then i see theres not gauc when i asked for some so i have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK, for the rude cashier to tell me there was none. She shoulve told me when She handed me my order, then she saids no refunds for something I never got? She offered me a cookie instead and I don’t even wanna eat it I’m so mad. Workers need more soft skills, because they are so rude.

Said hello to the employee making my sandwich and was only given a blank stare back. Then after getting my sandwich I noticed the bread on the side wasn't cooked all the way and was doughy so when asked for a different sandwich was treated like burden. The staff working here are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would report them to management if I could. The cashier was okay. The manager onsite should be fired for not running her store good.
