I ordered online for pickup and then i go in and still have to wait 10 mins just to be ignored , I have to yell because the cashier is ignoring me”I have a pickup order” then she tosses my food at me , without even looking at me, i go home and set then i see theres not gauc when i asked for some so i have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK, for the rude cashier to tell me there was none. She shoulve told me when She handed me my order, then she saids no refunds for something I never got? She offered me a cookie instead and I don’t even wanna eat it I’m so mad. Workers need more soft skills, because they are so rude.

Said hello to the employee making my sandwich and was only given a blank stare back. Then after getting my sandwich I noticed the bread on the side wasn't cooked all the way and was doughy so when asked for a different sandwich was treated like burden. The staff working here are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would report them to management if I could. The cashier was okay. The manager onsite should be fired for not running her store good.

Ordered online. Waited 20min for my food to be put in the correct location for online orders so I know that it is ready. Bc the App is saying it's being built still the whole 20 min of me waiting my sandwich is just sitting behind the counter. I only have a 30 min lunch which they made me late for I ordered my sandwich at 12 didn't get my sandwich until 1225 and that's only bc I went up to ask about it. Do better

The last 2 times I have been here it seems as though they are purposely not doing my orders right when placed online. I don't mean just a little wrong, I mean really wrong, like wrong bread, wrong meats and toppings, not even toasted. It's like they don't know how to read here. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in, and you feel like a burden when you enter. Stay away and go to another sub shop. It's only getting worse.

Based on an afternoon to-go food run:
I almost missed the location because it’s buried inside a commercial park (usually meant to be busy during the week). The place was nice and empty, the girl was nice.

The only bad part was how I thought all the veggies were dry at the place —turns out they were even dryer in my sandwich. Maybe they had a slow day? Not sure, I’ll give em a second try another day.

The point of ordering online and waiting 30 minutes before pick up is to not have to wait in line for the sandwich but since this is the closer to my house I constantly have to go through the wait and poor customer service I asked a question the lady just kept making the sandwich and you still have to wait in line for an in-line order to be picked up either get some training up the pay or something you guys have to do better

This place is always an argument when trying to get my food. Now they tell me I cant customize my sandwich or build my own. Only that i can order a number and take it how it comes (protien). The last time i went in, the manager was yelling at the trainee so bad that multiple people stopped her to tell her to chill which she persisted to argue back. Sandwich is always a wreck. Keep the majority of the store blocked off (tables/trash cans) so they dont have to clean. 3 years of working in the area and going there ever so often. ALWAYS A BAD EXPERIENCE.
