The 2 lady’s were super sweet and helpful! The manager Cassie made sure my food was done correctly and got it to me super fast and it was delicious and fresh!

Stood here for 10-15 min at 330 no service they were nice after but legitimately never came out to check on if anyone was out here and when they finally did come out one employee was very nice

Ordered a sandwich for pick up. They made me the skimpiest sandwich. It was flat, flat. One layer of meat spread far apart. Barely any cheese and very little lettuce and toppings. The only thing they put a lot of is condiments. So I literally had a mayo sandwich. It was too gross to eat I ended up throwing it away. I am not ordering from this location anymore. This is the second time this happened. It’s ridiculous to pay 9$-10$ for a sandwich and get ripped off.

Those workers(not all) need to practice SANITATION guidelines. I love Subway but I'm not doing no more service at this location!
*1st experience: one day on my lunch break i came to get a sandwich, the cashier(short white lady) was wiping off the countertop with her gloves on & had touched other surfaces, then get the cheese for my order, lay it on the surface with no paper or anything, so i commented: "you not going to put that on no paper huh".
*AND TODAY, this new lady(black lady) was fixing my sandwich & the older white lady came to help; with her gloves on touched her face, then got the cheese to put on my sandwich & i told her to not put that cheese on my sandwich after she touched her face, so she put it back, DID NOT change her gloves & again got the pepperjack cheese to put on my sandwich..... I cancelled that & walked out😡😡. That is gross, you are to change your gloves after touching multiple services, or touching your face etc, you DO NOT touch food that's being served to people w/o washing your hands, at least CHANGE YOUR GLOVES..... nothing for my 30m lunch break & back to work. People do better P-L-E-A-S-E! Thank you, be blessed

The service was great one day and then the next time , suuuuuper slloooww that I tried three separate times, but the service personnel looked unenthused, so I left to Firehouse Subs, which is a 5-minute walk. Totally worth it. This location needs promptness and consistency.

I believe in giving good reviews too! Thank you Christian (sorry if I didn't spell it correctly). He gave the BEST customer service. It was raining hard outside and late but he took his time, was very personable made me feel valued as a customer.

The guy working today was rude! He kept leaving and saying y'all were closed and had to be rude about it. Then I heard 3 complaints about the same thing an hour later. The normal lady is fantastic and really nice.

The old dude that was there today 7-3-21 around 3pm is so nasty. He sometimes has gloves and mask on, sometimes not. Worst he talks all day mask down while filling orders.
