I placed an online order for pickup at 555pm. Paid by card. I get a Paris Texas call ending in 3599 from a Grace @ 5:50pm. She said did you place an order with subway. I said yes, she said we are out of flatbread. I said ok, just cancel order that way the refund can issue. She said no I will have to call customer service. I explained the order still need to be canceled,. Grace stated it's a digital refund and hangs up on me. So I try calling there actual number with no answer. All the customer service numbers give me a recording with no option to leave a message. So frustrating can somone from subway contact me recipient number 3FBA05E9 SB. PLEASE

Yeah this place sucks. Didn’t toast my sandwich. The girl working looked like she ate a bowl of crack for breakfast and the manager looks like she had two.

Twice I ordered a sandwich online and when I got there they didn’t have the meat I wanted. The first time I chose something else, the second time they only had bologna and tuna, I asked for a refund and the cashier said since it was an online order she didn’t know how to do it. I went online and submitted a complain and requested a refund and now it’s been about a month and I still haven’t received it

Absolutely worst subway I have ever seen. Place is filthy and dirty. Ordered online and when I get there they say don't have Turkey but can make it with ham. I say ok and he starts to make order. Then says can't make order because does not have salad bowls????? I say just give me my money back and he says he can't. So not only a disgusting place but also steals your money

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I not only had to wait a long time but I waited and got bread from yesterday. This bread is hard and not fresh. She put so much mustard you can see it on the bread as well. I go to subway bc they claim freshness but not the case at this store

When I received our sandwiches, I noticed that there was a lack of meat on them.
I went to get tea and they were out. It is lunchtime, it should be stocked
I told her and she just looked at me. So I went to get Sprite and it was out.
I ended up getting coke which had little to none syrup in it. I drank it because nothing else they had I liked .
Yes it was lunchtime but they weren't that busy.
I may give it another chance? I don't know.

I come to this subway in my lunchtime Every once in a while, most of the employees are really nice but the assistant manager that they have at this subway is always rude to customers and it’s not the first time. they should hire someone else that is not rude to every customer that comes in.

It is a fluke if you get good service here. Not a great stop for lunch. They are usually slammed with a line outside the door. I have had to wait for online orders to be ready after submitting it at least 15 minutes beforehand. The most recent time was today when they did not have my order ready, after I paid online, and I left the store. I don't care that I lost $7. I didn't want to wait for them to figure out how to do a return. This location sucks! Please do not waste your time coming here. The two stars are for the few times I actually enjoyed my food.
