I didn’t get to indulge in the food being the sign on the door said open lights on but not a body on sight. Imagine having you mouth set to have something and then access denied. Well this was that moment. Not to mention I just had left another subway due to their toaster not working to come to one that should be open but was locked and inaccessible.

I always order from here and never have a problem but today was different. I placed an order online and when I got there the young lady was making it. She proceeded to put the salt on but no pepper. So I asked where is the pepper she said they didn’t have any. Mind you they are always out of something or the toaster is down) I said I wish you would have said something before you put the salt. The Mexican lady jumped in and said or u can just cancel your order. I’m looking confused as to why would I cancel my order. Anyways the young lady was able to put pepper on my sandwich. While the young lady was finishing my sandwich the Mexican lady was just staring at me with her nose turned up. At this point I feel like she had a problem with me. So I asked her why was she looking at me like that. She begin to tell me I was looking at her with an attitude. I’m lost and was like girl gone on. As she walks to the back she tells the young girl to refuse my service. I’m like why lol. She walks to the back yelling nasty words. So at this point I’m mad. Because I felt like she was stereotyping me because I spoke up about my sandwich. She proceeded to argue with me from the back and all I heard was yo mama. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Especially when I wasn’t even her customer.

So the Manager Dakota Horn took it upon himself to talk about me to an ex of mine, slandering my name, and giving misinformation. Making up rumors that he knows came from him and have the nerve to say it was something he heard when it came from him directly. Lying trying to get others involved. I have screenshots of text messages to prove it. What kind of person whom I used to work for goes behind my back to talk about me to my ex? Running your mouth when you don’t even know me. He should’ve been gone because none of the people that I know likes him because of his attitude towards women. Not understanding why he’s still around.

This location clearly needs better management for staffing, stocking, and janitorial. There's one lady working at 6 PM on a Monday during prime time (totally overwhelmed, poor thing) all of the veggies are wilted and shiny. It took me 30 MINUTES to get a freaking sandwich and I was third in line.... Cheers to the lady in front of me who ordered 6 different sandwiches and couldn't be thoughtful enough to let the one person behind her go first - but that's a separate topic and still should not have been that delayed. Oh, and at check out, there's no tap water, or working bathrooms! Lol! Or water cups, or any other size except for extra large..... $14 for a subway that takes 30 mins to order, no bathroom, no water, I used the last of the iced teas...no anything, and terrible quality veggies that have been left out for a long time. C'mon, have some dignity with your store. I will absolutely go out of my way to avoid this location at any cost. The employee was friendly and she kept apologizing, and my sandwich was half made for 15 minutes so I felt bad for her which is why I did not leave. The others who walked in behind me all left. Lost business, as deserved honestly!

Placed an online order and my sub was missing the ingredients i asked for. An Italian BMT with half the meat literally. The bread was the smallest bread i have ever seen from a Subway restaurant. The size of 2 of my fingers.

I ordered a 6" turkey on whole wheat with cheese and veggies plus a large drink. I paid over $10 for this meal. What I got was rye bread and barely anything on it. The diet coke tasted awful. Had to pour it out and add my own can diet coke. I hate rye bread and didn't have time to go back so I just gave my sandwich to a man walking down the street.

They were out of Turkey. I asked to use ham instead. I was told they would have to charge me for double meat if subbed ham. So I basically can't order the sandwich I want without paying extra. I would have ended up with a regular portion of meat... Why would I pay for double?
The lady was rude didn't have anything like eggs,turkey,soup she took a bag of chips and ate themThe coke was out along with sprite she didn't act like she didn't want to do anythingThe 12 person came in with their dog and tied it up outside of the store

Also someone was in the back ask if there dog was still barking that was attached to the front door. Beyond bad and never have any supplies. My footling was made as only 6 inch so they made two other 6 inch Subs with half the ingredients missing.
