I love this place. It’s always super clean. The workers are incredibly polite and fast. I recommend the subway to anyone. Lobo, Shay, Lyric, Philly and Karen are awesome, keep up the good work guys!!!

Get the guy behind the counter some help during lunch periods. The app said my sandwich was ready at 12:55 and I came at 1:08 and it still wasn't made. He had a line and multiple online orders. He handled it well and I do not believe he was the issue, it's just too much for one person.

Just wanted to take a couple seconds to say Phil is an all around great guy and extremely kind. On very rare occasion are dashers treated with such respect and kindness even though we provide another outlet to help many restaurants drive additional revenue. So thank you Phil. This is the kind of person you want running and representing your company

There are some nice guys that work there that do a good job... but, I don't know their names. The young girl that was there today, and has been there more frequently, is always rude. She doesn't seem to follow the directions from the online orders well either. If I knew she was there when i was placing my order, I would have gone to another store. This store without her is great...orders are right and service is excellent and timely..I would rate it 5 stars if it weren't for her. I don't have hard orders, so I don't understand why they aren't right

It's been 13 years since I returned to this subway. It's absolute time changes, but people don't change what goes on in their environment. I get to subway, it's 1 man making the orders, 1 custermer including myself. I chill back, await my turn surveying the menu. OK, 5 minutes go by. I ask if l need a key for the restrooms. He replied that someone just went into it. Im thinking of getting in 1 of the restrooms. Both occupied. I chill back. 15 minutes pass I place my order. Now I've been in here 27 minutes, bathroom still occupied. I knock on the door. I hear a man & woman chopping it up in that bit. " SAY, CAN I USE ONE OF THESE BATHROOMS"....... SILENCE AT THAT MOMENT. I'M LOUD AT THIS POINT. " IT DONT MAKE NO SENSE TOBE CAMPED OUT CONVERSATING IN NO SUBWAY BATHROOM."" BRA LET THE RESTROOMS GO" EMPLOYEE DUMBFOUNDED. He made a flatbread pizza sandwich for trash.I DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING FROM THAT SUBWAY, but don't go there. The location isn't fit for subway Or the employees are not.

Asked for Italian herb and cheese bread was told they were out.. I got white instead the next 3 customer get Italian herb and cheese my topping aren't 0n at this point I stare at the guy he says my bad thought we were out shrugs and proceeds to start adding stuff to the white bread .... like what? why wouldn't you check or stop before you start making the sandwich and ask, "Oh my bad, would you still like Italian herb?" very dissatisfied with customer service here
