A genuine sushi hidden gem in Fort Worth. The sushi quality is amazing and the prices are exceptional reasonably priced. Locally owned and operated by a nice family. Highly recommend when you’re craving authentic beautifully prepared sushi in a comfortable environment.

This is the best sushi place in all of DFW! My whole family loves and our BFF that lives in Alaska will eat here at least twice in a 4 day visit, says it is as fresh as you can get other than pulling it out of the ocean your self!

BIG JUCIYS WORLD
This is by far my favorite place to eat at ever ! The staff is amazing and very welcoming, especially as a Stay at home mom I like to take my kids out during the week and they are always so welcoming to my kids so much so that my kids asked me to come here literally every week !!! The food is always fresh and pricing is great !!! 10/10 Recommend

I’ve passed by this place 6 years and finally decided to stop. I’m mad at myself for not stopping sooner! I’m in there at least once a week now (sometimes twice). I’ve also noticed that they seem to have a lot of regulars based on their warm interactions with everyone, so I guess I’m the only person that didn’t know how about this gem.
The quality and consistency of the food & service is always great.
Their mushroom soup is the best that I’ve ever had. I know mushroom soup may not seem like anything to rave about, but theirs is a must try.
The waitress recommended the Temptation Roll on my first visit. I’m hooked and have been getting it every time.

My daughter and I came here because of the reviews. We were greeted somewhat coldly and sat in our seat. I was very uncomfortable the moment I entered cause we were the only melanin people there and the crowd just stared at us. It took a little while for our food to come but it was busy and the place is small. I ordered a volcano roll which supposed to have crawfish but didn’t see a single piece in the roll. I asked the waitress and she seemed confused. She asked the chef and he said that “ we only put a small amount in”. I explained to her that there wasn’t any at all. She tried to tell me that it’s cut into strips like the imitation crab. Yea right. The food is flavorless. I will recommend all melanin people to avoid this place. Worst experience ever.

The short: Fresh Sushi, Busy Vibe, Needs Better Service
The long: Tried Sushi Tao for the first time after seeing it on a gluten-free app. I can’t believe it’s been open 17 years and I never knew about it! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and my boyfriend loved the Cowboy Roll. The place was packed, so clearly a local favorite.
Service was the only downside. We had to ask multiple times for basics like chopsticks and soy sauce, and three different people tried to take our order. Staff seemed stretched thin. Also, while they do have gluten-free soy sauce, the servers weren’t very knowledgeable about GF options.
We’ll definitely be back for the sushi but hopefully they get more help soon!
