I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

We visited this Sweetgreen location last weekend and had a poor experience. The dining area wasn’t clean, tables were dirty, and we saw employees eating from the counter food with their hands, which was concerning. Portions were also much smaller compared to the Southlake location, which is consistently excellent. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location.

The food is great here but the customer service is AWFUL. I have been to this location twice and both times the services were horrible. Tracy b to be exact was in charge of taking my order both times i visited the restaurant. The most recent incident at the restaurant was yesterday. She treated me the exact same way the first time I went to the restaurant. EACH time I tried to ask her what protein bowl she would recommend she stop me in my tracks while talking to her and walked completely away from me as if I was not standing there speaking with her. She only served me half of my ingredients BOTH TIMES I visited the restaurant. Yet I paid full price for both bowls. The second time I visited the restaurant I called her out on her horrible services and she act oblivious as to what I was saying. Which made matters worse. I asked her if her name would be on my receipt did told me yes and when it was time to hand me my receipt she walked away from the register (once again walking away from me as if I’m not standing there) her colleague had to finish off my transaction and hand me my receipt. This type of behavior is in fact a issue for the prices of the protein bowls. If I’m going to be spending my hard earned money at a restaurant I WANT the best customer service. Not to be treated as if I’m not a human being. I WILL be sending out a email that was provided to me. I do not stand for this type of behavior. She has horrible customer service.

I tried this restaurant for the very 1st time, today. I had the chicken pesto parm. I was pleased with my order. I found that the quality and quantity of food good for the price i paid.

Lots of training on people skills and how to run a kitchen needed.

I've been to this location a few times, and each time they are out of something that is basic. This last visit, they ran out of all grains (all types of rice), sweet potato, and complimentary sourdough bread. In a previous time, they had run out of all lettuce. Both times, I paid full price for a bowl that was only 50-60% of the ingredients. After letting sweetgreens know how the service was, the solution they provided was only a $10 online order credit and one coupon for 50% off a bowl.

In addition to ingredient shortage, the ladies running the line barely made eye contact or recommended substitutions, they made jokes about being out of stock, and were working on a very messy station. The entire area of the restaurant actually looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day.

So if you like paying full price for a bowl that is missing key ingredients and eating in an establishment that is not kept clean, this is the place for you.

You know why you Door Dash? Because you're exhausted, hungry, and too tired to cook. Do you know why you don't? Because you want to spend $23 on a salad made by someone so incompetent that they can't tell whether the rice they put in your salad has been cooked or not.

My entire portion of rice was 100% raw, like almost broke my filling raw, especially when I bit into tons of these raw grains at once. I can't describe how gross and infuriating that is. My mouth hurts and I will never eat here again. Order 204580749
