We fell in love with this place at first for the historic architecture alone, but now we stay for the food options (loaded tots!), laid back atmosphere, and awesome bartenders like Kimber.
We had never been there before when we walked in. No one greeted us or told us if we just sit anywhere. There were menus on the table. We finally sat somewhere but didn't know if we were supposed to order at the table or the bar. It wasn't busy at all. The food was pretty good.

We were there for a special event . All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant. It is a great place if you have a large event to celebrate.

Cold beer and priced right, loved the decor.
Came here with my husband last week to have a few drinks and grab some food after seeing this place when catching the train. I loved the history of the place and that the owners kept a lot of the original fixtures here with the exceptions of the freestanding furniture - it was one of its biggest redeeming qualities. I loved the selection of craft beers on tap that included a lot of local and state beers and the prices were very reasonable. The service was so so but the bartender was the only one there so I tried to be understanding. I ordered a pizza and my husband ordered a pastrami sandwich, but we only received the pizza. The pizza was big enough for 2 so we just decided not to say anything and the sandwich wasn't on our tab, so either the bartender forgot or just didn't even hear him order his sandwich. She also forgot about a beer he ordered earlier, so I'm assuming the latter, but either way it wasn't a huge deal. As for the taste and quality of the pizza, it wasn't great but wasn't the worst thing either. It tasted like one of those chef boyardee pizza kits (which taste about as good as you think they would for a company that makes ravioli) so we had a slice or two not to be rude and just grabbed more food on the way home. Overall, the place wasn't horrible and seems like it would be a good place to stop in and have a beer before catching the train to a mavs/stars game.

Came in for the Fort Worth Plant Peeps swap and T&P was a great experience while enjoying the day. Cuban was a little heavy on the mustard, still tasted good though.
