I ordered about $30 in food paid and asked to use the bathroom, I think her name was Jackie she said wait. I did. She said leave your purse out side the door so I asked if she was going to be responsible for the money and credit cards inside and she made an audible sound and rolled her eyes and days YA RIGHT. I have made$97,000 in the last 3 months paid$19,000 in taxes on 13 hand paid Jack pots not that that matters but this all came about because quest gave me the free gift which happened to be a blanket and stupid me I stopped on the way home at Taco Bell to be treated like garbage by a 20 year old that doesn't even make in a year what I do not even 5 years she should be fired and they manager demoted for allowing these employees to treat customers like garbage because they see a blanket and assume I'm homeless. I will never EVER eat at another TACO BELL EVER AGAIN then a girl comes out and says calm down dont be rude to me I'm trying to defuse the situation and then she says next time you have to leave your purse out side the door I said BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME, EVER!!!!!!?

If I could give no stars I would. The Taco Bell near my house is closed. So I drove to this location. I arrived at this location at 7:10am. Hours of operation that was posted on there door said open at 7am. Go to walk in doors are locked. An employee appeared behind the counter pointing saying drive thru only. So I go through the drive thru. They ask for my reward code. Took them a couple min. Then I go to order breakfast because it's on their menu. Plus it's 7am I want breakfast not lunch. So I order a breakfast crunch wrap to only be told we don't serve breakfast here. So now I have to drive to the next open taco bell which is about 7 miles away and in the city that is about a 20 min drive. I am not a happy customer right now!!!

I tried giving the benefit of the doubt cause they were super busy, but I ordered my food w/ cash and waited almost 1 hour before I noticed they weren’t even making my food. They asked my order name on 2 different occasions and still didn’t even notice I was waiting until I said something. People still use cash these days and they need someone paying attention at the register. Thoroughly disappointed.

Walked in and was only customer. Floor was sticky. The entire floor like someone mopped with coke.i ordered at machine and 15 minutes later they haven't even started making it. Food was good at least

Rude employees, don't know how to talk to customers, can't say thank you or have a nice day or anything at all really. Someday they might learn there in a customer service job.
