I was absolutely shocked to find out that the 16-ounce drink I got was $1.99. The price wasn't listed. The food was very hot. This was the first time I had a hot soft taco. Usually, they are cooled down by the cheese and lettuce. This was great.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. Drive up to the one on California Parkway. They mess up every order every time. If I order in the app it's wrong. If I order at the speaker, it's wrong. If you are cursed enough to order delivery and this is the store that fulfills your order, you will be missing items, but you will receive a mountain of sauce packets. Go anywhere else.

I spent $40 here and most of my order had something wrong with it in some way. The quesadillas were lacking chicken and cheese, which leaves just the quesadilla. There were no sauces except for the salsa verde. We were missing a drink. And when I called about the issue they were not sympathetic or offered to fix the issue.

I went today i got the # 6 both my chalupas had no chicken it was cold the soda was all carbonated no flavor of mountain dew also got a family pack of hard shell tacos also a little bit of meat mostly lettuce and cheese i will definitely never eat there again

I used to always go through the drive-through. I like the steak chalupa supreme with sour cream, beam burritos, and nacho bell grande. However, after a while, I kept getting chips that taste like metal. I thought it was a one-time thing, but I went a couple more times, and they still tasted bad. So I stopped ordering it. Then, when I would order bean burrito they tortillas were always cold. The cheese wasn't even melted because the beans were luke warm. I stopped ordering that. Then the steak chalupas was my last item to give this location hope. But I started to get them cold as well. The last order was a few weeks ago, and the order was wrong, and the chalupas were hard and cold. I made my complaint, and the GM called. She sounded like a he, and when I said yes, sir, she was rude about it. I'm sorry but it's not my fault you have a manly voice. She offered me a discount, and I got the little email, but I will not visit that location again. The staff is always so friendly. It's unfortunate I won't visit them because they are extremely close to me.

Customer service was awesome. very cool, calm and sweet people working, but the food was old! I did not enjoy it at all and that's a shock because normally when I come here, even late at night the food is good but it was super old and oil needs filtered out. I've worked in fast food for many years so I can tell lol. I didn't even eat half my food. C'mon y'all do better plz 🥴🙏🏾
