Customer service was awesome. very cool, calm and sweet people working, but the food was old! I did not enjoy it at all and that's a shock because normally when I come here, even late at night the food is good but it was super old and oil needs filtered out. I've worked in fast food for many years so I can tell lol. I didn't even eat half my food. C'mon y'all do better plz 🥴🙏🏾

This restaurant, Taco Bell, was the best I have ever known of all the restaurants that are known for 5-star food, 5-star service, everything 5 stars! Don't even get me started on the durito tacos and the clouds.
They gave me a burrito supreme with no meat, and when I told the manager he was very rude and insisted that there was meat in it. He tread me like an idiot. I will never go back to that Taco Hell. I love Taco Bell but this one should close

For eight years, I have never had a great experience at this location. Something is always forgotten from my order. It looks like no one knows what they are doing. I went on Halloween Night 2024 and it was PACKED. I immediately pointed out the manager and was super impressed. She was working hard and her team members knew exactly what to do to make the assembly line run smoothly. I think her name was Tashara. For the first time, my order was correct and I will be happy to return.

Taco Bell this is unacceptable. Normally I get the cantina chicken bowl today I decided to get the chicken taco and I literally had to search for the chicken. Barely 2 pieces of chicken were on there. Do better I had a veggie taco basically

This is my kids' favorite fast food restaurant ?. Let me apologize beforehand for butchering everyones names....Today, Janea and Jamil were extremely helpful. My boys love Baja blast, and when I went to fill the cup, it was out. Before I could really say anything, these two workers were on it. They fixed it and were so nice to make sure it looked correct and tasted correct. I know it doesn't seem like much, but for them to help without really being asked to and sticking around to make sure it was all good is the epitome of customer service. The entire restaurant was clean as well. All in all, it was a great dinner stop! We will definitely be coming around more often
