Didn't get my full order last night called and spoke to the manager this morning, who 1. was laughing with an employee cause I asked to speak to the manager. I proceeded to explain the issue, and he had the audacity to ask me while giggling "Was that it"... Like what??? You talk to your guest like this??? Camp Bowie Tacobell do better....

I ordered from here and I told them no jalapeño sauce since I have an allergy and it seems they not only made me wait over 2 hours for the food, they gave me cold food and they added the jalapeño sauce to my cheese quesadilla. Had to use an epi pen. Not cool. Why did I order at 1020pm and receive the food at 1230? And wrong? Dangerously wrong

I needed to use the restroom and someone was in it. So I waited nearly 30 mins until I finally just went to the men's restroom. Long story short. There was a homeless man asleep in the ladies room. He claimed he had been in there for 2 hrs. What if he was waiting to hurt someone when they had came in. He wasn't but that very well could happen. Scary.

You will never see a person at the register! Self order ONLY. The past 3 times were like this. And won’t even get help from anyone when I had trouble with the kiosk! Laziest employees!
Food was great! Customer/worker interaction is minimal but workers will cohort with significant others. Some savory characters outside establishment but no threatening contact.

Second time I have been at this location. Kiana P. Very rude and poor service. I asked for chicken quesadillas and got cheese and even the cheese quesadillas had barely any cheese. I asked for fries with the cheese sauce and that was not in there.

Last time we came here we were missing tacos, we just went today and we ended up missing tacos again. We told the worker that we were missing food when we very clearly were. They were rude in their response.
Then once we got home our multiple chalupas barely had ANY meat or cheese , if you come here. Check your food.
