This restaurant needs a quality control specialist involved asap. Someone is going to get sick real bad at this establishment. I’ve seen baby roaches and food every where that needed cleaning on the floors. Things floating in the ice once dispensed. I’m never going back to this place probably no Taco Bell establishments. OSHA needs to pay a surprise visit without being notified or tipped off.

Horrible service. They made me wait for over 20 min for my food for it to be cold. Went inside and let them know and they supposedly re-did my order and still came out missing a taco and my food was still cold.

Didn't get my full order last night called and spoke to the manager this morning, who 1. was laughing with an employee cause I asked to speak to the manager. I proceeded to explain the issue, and he had the audacity to ask me while giggling "Was that it"... Like what??? You talk to your guest like this??? Camp Bowie Tacobell do better....
