I have no idea how a Taco Bell can mess up so bad. Cold food, no sauce, and overall just bad Experiences all around. I live two minutes away and I don’t even wanna stop here for lunch unless absolutely last minute.

They deserve zero stars. Ordered food thru the app. Ordered the chicken bowl no purple cabbage and extra sour cream. No sour cream and purple cabbage was on it. Ordered extra nachos sauce didn't get it the one I did get was not a 1/4 of the way full. I do doordash I have walked out of that store multiple times while waiting for a doordash order several times I was told 30 to 45 minutes for one item. That's ridiculous I will wait a few minutes not 45. They need workers that want to work and not stand around talking about other employees and the customers

I’ve called several times about my order that hasn’t arrived and waited for hours, but no one has answered.
Waited a bit too long at the speaker to order however the food arrived at the drive-thru window in a timely manner.We we're not instructed to pull around and wait, the food was actually prepared and ready to go on time. Food was actually hot and bagged neatly and none of the items were missing.

The drive thru is extremely slow. They would take the order at the menu after they completed and handed the order for the previous customer. Very inefficient. The food tasted like it had soap in it. There are better options around for a quick lunch.
