To begin the computer menu won’t add rewards, child was babysitting himself in the dining room as mom worked here. Now the food control cost measures. No sour cream or tomato’s in Supreme taco , no onions or sauce in the been burrito , the nachos were only half topped with food topping it was mostly empty chips, staff was lazy and cheap on making the food and many did not understand the English language . Montreal value for your money I recommend the new taco place Right Next Door or get the 711 nacho also across the road at least they will give your jalapeño without a up charge on freaking nachos I mean that part of the basic three price set on nachos Chips Cheese Jalapeños then maybe beans and onions and tomato’s but the default go nachos in Texas is Jalapeño someone in administration needs to take some notes here too , recommend a mystery visit for the home office

Only go here due to convince, this is the third time I’ve ordered something and my order is missing items that I paid for going up there tomorrow expecting a full meal for free because this is absolutely ridiculous this store is quite literally stealing from me and I expect compensation in a free meal

The young woman running the drive-thru right this very second, has a hateful attitude towards customers. 8pm.
The way she's making food is sloppy. She's not even doing the bare minimum when it comes to getting an order ready for delivery. She didn't bag the food, add the extras the customer asked for, forgot to add a second drink to the order, and taped down the straw on to the lid bent in half.
Ma'am.. if you don't want to be at work and do the job right, go home.

I visited the store at 10800 South Freeway in Ft Worth on Oct 6 around 4:30 pm. There were only about 3 cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. I placed my order at the drive thru. I ordered a 7 dollar cravings box. Once home, my food was a complete disaster. The only thing satisfactory on my order was the drink and the nacho chips and cheese. My chicken chalupa had 2 small pieces of chicken in it. The five layer beefy burrito had no meat and the substance was watery. The ground beef in the taco was cold. I called back to speak to a supervisor. She didn't offer a refund or anything. This is totally unacceptable. I even donated my change to the foundation. When I asked for corporates number, she seemed puzzled. She stated I don't give my supervisors number out. I guess she had no reason to ve concerned being no one answers the phone at 1-800 number.

Worst take out experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell sat in the drive through for an hour waiting for the guy to take peoples orders finally got to my turn and the boy taking orders was not professional at all they messed up my food and when asked if they could fix it he asked if they could just me the stuff to do it myself this is not typically and issue for me but I had just worked 14 hours and did not want to have to make my own food correctly after sitting in line for it for an hour they reluctantly did remake my food but I pulled around and went to wait inside while I waited the boy taking orders was playing on his phone and talking to someone on the phone instead of taking orders or helping out another worker when asked to take an elderly lady’s order mumbled something about not getting paid enough and walking away without taking her order one of the workers around the food DID NOT have a hairnet on which is disgusting this store was very dirty and not from a single day of work but from several the employees are very unprofessional and slow so unless they get new employees and fix this place up I would not recommend eating here

Food came out good but they gave me the wrong order. Also they only accept cash sometimes. Which is a common McDonald’s thing we’ve all heard before. I got a good laugh out of that one not gone lie.
