Ask for a hand full of fire sauce and get 4... ask for a second handful because my child can pick up more than 4 and I'm given a different sauce I don't want.. sad that these people think their life depends on a few packets of

First of all I have not had enjoyable food from Taco Bell since I was in high school around 2006 through 2008. The last time I stopped at this location. I had a cold food that was barely edible. Tonight the experience was exquisite. The customer service was top-tier I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but I experienced one to two gentlemen, that were very manner-able, and took my order with a high regard. Something went wrong with my order, and I don’t even know what it was but he calmly explained it at the window and I was on my way. I just had to highlight this because it was unexpected.

We came there 2-25-24 and they said they were a little behind and the communication with the customers was great, I would like to give Mr. Nike a shout out for great customer service. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell.
The food has virtually no meat on it. If you look at the promotional pictures of foods they have a ton of meat, but when you order them you get virtually no meat. This has to be false advertising. I hope Taco Bell gets sued for how much they are clearly ripping off their customers.

On 02/18/2024 at 7:15 I Ordered 3 chalupa boxes 1 with no vegetables and 1 with extra onions and 1 regular and then we got a number 2 with no vegetables and they got the entire order correct and the place was the cleanest taco bell I've ever been in .... good job

WORST TACO BELL ON 35W freeway. I wish I could give 0 stars.Very very disrespectful staff. They don’t give extra sauce (as if giving extra sauce gets cut out of their paycheck). Extremely rude and arrogant. When we pulled up to the speaker to place our order there was silence for a good 2-3 minutes. The minute we said hello the response was “no need to say hello can you wait”. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme which was squished and there was no meat inside. When we asked for extra sauce they told us 5 packets would be in the bag and to pull up to the window. They handed us the bag and just shut the window even though we were still talking to them asking for extra sauce. Ridiculous! DO NOT stop at this Taco Bell.

First time i ordered a bean and cheese burrito that tasted so fresh and delicious.
We were charged $12 for 3 tacos that were prepared incorrectly and tasted terrible. Despite correcting our order while placing it, the cashier had a terrible attitude. Their customer service is awful.
