While I ordered the Black Bean Crunchwarp Supreme while there was NOT BLACK BEANS REALLY !there was no cheese!just lettuce and tomatoes if that's all I was going to get for 25.00 I could have cooked that for myself at home .
So all taco bell is doing is cheating people out of there food and making a profit ...
So you are making a profit out of your customers 🤔. I want my money back are give my what I paid for today ...

Updating my review seven years later to say that the guy working the drive through tonight 8/19 at 11pm is always super friendly. I come to this Taco Bell probably more often than I should and he has been at the window almost every time.

The robot AI voice to take orders in drive through is superbly annoying and stupid.

The food is tasteless saved only by copious amounts of sauce.

There is no service no attempt at any interaction - it’s like there’s no one there.

Usually a good quick pick up meal. But today was just a bad experience. The restaurant was hot and muggy. And my Mexican Pizza was half cold and half hot. I was gonna complain but my wife and I were in a rush. As you can tell in the picture, cheese is melted on one side. So to everyone, make sure you check that your food is completely cooked, heated. And take a portable fan with you this time around.

The AI messes up. Sometimes one time I had a cashier take forever on a reg modification I order when I mean forever I mean a couple mins to select a single mod my girlfriend was about to pull off. The food feels underwhelming it feels like management is uptight on food. I don’t go to this location any longer as of last week I recognized this location to be that focuses on profits before customer service. Any good business knows good customer service will make good profit in the long run. Any how I get Taco Bell from basswood or western center now. Just anywhere but N Tarrant. If u want a tortilla with the smallest scoop of meats when you’re at the right place. This isn’t one bad experiences this is many experiences and a customer that’s tired of management that doesn’t want customer satisfaction. There’s plenty of other Taco Bell’s that do better.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS- I literally just came through the drives thru. I first requested to have two separate transactions. I was told they were unable to do that When got to the window I request the GM name. The man at the window went to talk to the manager on duty and stated that they could not give me the information, it was on the internet. I request the name of the manager on duty and the man at the window shut the window and began to talk to an employee on the line .Then that employee came to the window and ask what was up I told him I was just trying to get the name of the manager on duty that refused to give me any information. The name that was given was Bryce. He again ask me what was up, I then said nothing and ask for my food. When I got my food something told me to check. So I pulled into the parking lot to check my food. The employee that came to the window previously was on the line and was the one who prepared my food. My taco was smashed and the chalupas and taco was almost rolled into a ball. I didn't think asking for information would in turn get relation. When did it become okay to sabotage a customer's food? Taco Bell. I'm very disappointed and it makes me wonder that this employee has been doing this to other customers and is this the president and/or standards of Taco Bell? I immediately went back through the drive-thru and explained that I would like a refund that my order was wrong and destroyed. At first he told me I would have to come back tomorrow to get a refund. I explained to him that I have already paid for my food and I do not understand why you sabotaged my food and that I took pictures.THEN he told me that if I could prove that the food was smashed that he would give me a refund. What kind of crap is that? So you refuse to give me information, He sabotaged and destroy my food, And then tell me I have to wait til tomorrow to get a refund? I am very disappointed on how this situation was handled. End the end, the man at the window did give me a receipt for my refunded food, we will see in the next 3-5 business days. But I am not ok with an employee thinking it's ok to do what he did not matter how much he didn't like the situation. If this is Taco Bell's standard then I think I am done with Taco Bell for good and I think you should be too.
