I walked into a completely empty store after already submitting a mobile order. It took quite a while for somebody to acknowledge me and all they said was use the kios to order. I said I've already placed an order. I'm here to pick it up if somebody would serve me. Upon receiving my food my order was correct and the food was made properly.

Came through the drive-through ordered $30 worth of food they left out my sons nachos and so we sent him inside to get the nachos and they were moving so slow and nobody came up to the counter after like 10 minutes so I went thru the drive thru again and he told me he didn't ring them up so I had to pay for them and go all the way around for one car to get their order and then when I got to the window they were laughing and joking around and I didn't see a manager anywhere. Ive been here since 2012 and this is our Taco Bell but we will not be returning again.

I would recommend going through the drive-through if you’re going to go because they will not take your order inside. They do have two kiosks to place your order, but the items are limited.

The service was fast, food was good just wish they actually out meat in the tacos/burritos we ordered since what we mostly got was a salad on tortillas. They close early at times as well. Been going here less and less.

I went to Taco Bell after I left the emergency room and I couldn't get out the car so I went to drive through the manager moneisha was so rude and she didn't let me finish and I was trying to explain what I wanted, but she was still being rude and interrupting while I'm trying to order. I ask for the GM number and her name she's telling me to come in and I'm trying to tell her I can't come in and her attitude was so rude and I went to the window trying to get the number and she comes to the window and she sees that I'm pregnant and I'm not feeling well and she study trying to tell me to come in to give me the information that I'm requesting even though I don't feel well and I'm dizzy and about to fall out and I'm trying to stay in the car to sit down. So she's gonna tell me I will call the police and I told her to call the police in order to get the information I needed that officer winning and got it and this was around 9:54 I wish that it would be great customer service at night and not taking the stress out on a customer specially, pregnant and three more months to my due date. I wish the service and attitude get better. The experience was horrible and I would like not to be interrupted, nor putting my life or my child life in danger just for information because of a manager attitude, and taking stress out on a customer..

if there was zero star i would put zero star. the drive thru service was the worst. no manners. slammed the window on my face and didn’t say thank you or bye. after i was driving away he started talking about me to his coworker.
