Fast. Reliable. Right every single time. My favorite Taco Bell menu item is the veggie power bowl because it's basically tastier chipotle for cheaper. I make several changes every time i come here, and it's always fast and 99% of the time, it's correct, but regardless, it's so hot and delicious every single time. Portions are amazing, and even though we use the ordering screens, when we do speak to staff they are very nice and accommodating.

Is it to much to ask for hot fries? They make sure that cheese sauce dip is scalding hot but the fries are cold more often than not. It really is a let down if the fries are cold. It’s not just this store it’s mostly all of them around DFW. I work all over and rely on TB quite a bit for the convenience and time factor. I cannot always go in and beg them to fry them fresh. Is it too much to ask??

Went to get breakfast with roommates, got 3 meals and didn’t get a hash-brown or two of our Cinnabon's. We brought the receipt and bag back in to show we didn’t get our stuff and the ladies working had attitude and didn’t give us the Cinnabon's we paid for. Can’t recommend this location, keep on trucking along. Live Mas.

This was one of the strangest experiments I ever had.I went in there to get some food.I figured I would sit down and eat.I waited for about ten minutes to order Standing at the Cash registerthen I started talking to the guys Who are cooking food?Because I can see them and let them know it nationa Daughter. Day then at that time they came out and And said we don't do orders at the register. So it would be more convenient for me So then they asked me to go in the drive to get my food and then come Back into the restaurant and then eat it I.Decided just to go to Brahms

Only gave 3 stars for service because they don't have much for service you have to order at the kiosk which takes ne for ever because I'm really slow when it comes to computers. But the employees ARE really nice.

Avoid this location. The staff can't get it right anymore. They misplaced my online order after confirming my name at the speaker. I went to Chipotle nextdoor, it's better anyway.
Not to happy with my visit. No direct customer service, was told to place order on the kiosk. Upon receiving food, the tacos was not filled with meat (a little in the center ?) mainly lettuce and very little tomatoes for taco supreme. I will not be stopping at this Taco Bell in the future.

I come here every once in a while on my lunch break. 1st the guy taking the order was really rude. I got the the window and he handed me my bag. And there was no sauce. Why ask me what kind of sauce would I like if you're not going to pay attention. When he handed it to me he did it very aggressively... my husband wanted to check him about this but I told him not to worry about it. I get back to my job to eat my food and my order is not only messed up but he did not put any napkins or fork for the food. This is probably the last time I go to this location . Very up set. Can't even go back to get it fixed. Just wasted my lunch time. I did take photos.
