Whoever works at night at the drive thru is extremely rude and has no customer service. This is my second encounter with her, she has pink hair or red colored hair. She doesn’t speak or make eye contact, she just sticks out her hand for your money. Hands you your food and says nothing and doesnt even look at you. The AI takes our order so there is no reason to not have hot sauce in the bag as requested.

There is one lady named latoya in this establishment that always has an angry look when I come in because I order sour cream on the side if you can't deal with customer service and a nice orderly manner maybe you shouldn't be working here

My first time coming to this Taco Bell . I ordered a combo and when my food came it was missing a taco which fine no big deal . I let her know it was no lettuce and she kept telling me that’s not what I ordered and I continued to tell her I did order my whole meal no lettuce . I go to my table and one of my chalupas has lettuce again no big deal . I go to the counter to ask if they can fix it . Again this lady said your order was with lettuce and I even showed her the wrapper that had NL which means no lettuce . She continued to give me push back and I said look I just want no lettuce . She grabs my food and walks away and starts talking about me in Spanish to her coworkers because she assumed I didn’t know Spanish . I did answer her back in Spanish so she was aware I understood everything she was saying . Customer service is terrible here . Won’t be back . Do better !!!

Drove all the way over here. No response from personnel on the inside of the building. When I went to the drive-thru. No customers at the building for over 10 minutes.
