I have an allergy to tomatoes. I ordered the chicken cantina bowl, specified NO pico de gallo, and it came with it anyway. When I got it, it was not obvious that there was pico de gallo in it until I took a bite. I'm lucky it's not an anaphylactic allergy but I'm gonna be miserable for the rest of the night now.

Just pulled out the drive-thru. That was the fastest I've ever gotten food at any Taco Bell in my entire life. Honestly it seemed like magic.

The food was very good and the employees were very nice. The only issue I had was when I needed to go in the restroom there was no one available to open it for me. I actually shouted several times before someone heard me because they were all in the back on their phones. I know young people are glued to their phones but this was a business.

Stood at the counter for 12 minutes yet some workers saw me standing there and still didn't acknowledge me the best part was when another employee came out of the restroom and I thought ok cool I'm finally gonna put my order in but wait there's more! she literally just went behind the counter and straight to the back of the store without a single word to me! No Bueno!

Go somewhere else for lunch. They force you to use the kiosk to place your order and do NOT tell you that your order will not be started until you pay for it. This is a problem and wastes time when paying in cash. The employee has to recognize that someone is waiting at the counter to pay (be patient) and stop preparing food to come and take your money. They have to stop a second time to bring you your food. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.
Seriously, go somewhere else for average food.
