This Taco Bell night shift sucks!I understand that it gets busy but instead of working as a team and getting the orders out fast .One employee using profanity,complaining,I waited over 20 minutes for a number 11.3 items.I definitely will not be returning to this Taco Bell.No apology for the wait

Tonight I ordered a nacho fry and a 2 pack Cinnabon delights . I was told to pull around as they were making fresh fries. I had no problem. I went inside after 6mins because the line got extra long with about 5 cars in drive . Soon as I walked in the lady remembered and proceeded to hand me my order and apologized for the wait and also expressed it was only two of them ... I had no problem . I left with fresh fries but cold cinnamon delights! Now I'm not even mad , but I can only imagine those who are mad but don't know there's only two people working 5 positions. At this point I'm putting my application in ! But I just want to shout them out for still getting the job done because I know ball when I see ball!

Im really not one to complain specially about fast food but this place down right sucks, its the closest Taco Bell next to me but damn no matter what time or day the bare minimum quality is not there. Went last night to pick up an order i placed on the app, checked in on the drive thru, i was told to go park somewhere and come back in 5-10 minutes, i said why cant i wait by the window and she replied i said park somewhere and come back. I left the drive thru and of course like 5 cars suddenly showed up i got back in line and now by the time i got my barely any meat, messy food it was cold. This place needs a new management,personelle or some kind of training as ive visited this place multiple times and its always the same, always some kind of issue. Owner of this place needs to do something to get the quality of this place atleast to the bare minimum expected.

They didn’t have all my ingredients and I ordered on the app, went to pick it up 10 mins later still wasn’t ready waited 30 mins and they tell me not everything in on them. I get home food is cold and messy and disgusting….

Stay far away from this Taco Bell!!! Sat in drive through 30 mins and finally asked for a refund with no food and no acknowledgement from management. Do better.

Had some young kid back there throwing up gag signs than my order still was not ready and it was placed 30 mins before I showed up very very slow they are all just playing around I think they need better management here and then I now been waiting for 25 mins for my order this toca bell is the worse one ever they are all just looking at me like I dont belong here i never well I step foot back in there and never felt like this before

This location is hit-or-miss with order accuracy. 1 out of 3 times there will be an incorrect or missing item at the drive-thru. Taco Bell, in general, has lost a step in quality so I won't pin that on the location, but there's a general feeling that drive-thru orders lack that bit of something extra you get when you order in the lobby. By youngest really enjoys dining in and those occasions are usually the best experiences, but maybe that's just the company.
