I came by late tonight and the menu items my friends wanted to order were no longer on the menu. I had the pleasure of speaking to Zaniah (drive thru) and she informed of this and was very nice about it and made sure I got every item correct even my sauces. The food was fantastic and the burritos and tacos were full not skimpy which was super nice! The only thing I would say is the chips tasted like the oil was very old but of course the nacho cheese always makes everything better! Thank you so much for your kind service tonight Zaniah! I had just gotten off of work and I know working late isn’t the easiest so I appreciate you! I come here at least once a week so I’ll see you guys again soon! Thank you!

That chicken is really bad. It smells bad, has a dark color, and is cold. There are also black spots on it. This is the last time Taco Bell!! Directly to the trash 😡

Whew.. I am so glad it is not just me after reading these reviews. This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible with their portion sizes. My Doritos los taco had about two specks of ground meat and weighed less than an ounce. My Catina taco was nothing but creamy coleslaw and two pieces of chicken. This Taco Bell either needs to shut down or get new management. I stay less than 2 minutes away but I will drive to the one on California Street which is 8 minutes away before I ever come back here. I wonder if management is getting a kickback on saving food because with the portion sizes, someone is coming up and it is not the customer. They make Taco Bell look bad. Nothing looks like the picture, not even close.

Super rude black girl at the window today oh and would you guess what?? She got my order completely wrong! I got a basic burrito it’s insane you could mess that up. You can fire them! There’s a lot of people that would be happy to do that job :)

One of the worst taco bells i have been to. The night staff in particular absolute dont care. Ordered a crunch wrap no tomatoes and it was just sour cream and the broken taco shell, a tiny bit and I mean tiny bit of mean and few pieces of shiveled lettuce. Absolutely gross. Outside that it took me me 30 mins for them to get my order. I do not recommend coming here at all especially at night they dont care. If you dont like your job find a different one.

Items not prepared with care. Portions abysmal for the cost. I got Doritos Locos tacos and soft tacos. The soft tacos had barely any filling and were rolled up so tight. I thought they were mistaken for cheesy roll ups. I got four of them and combined. I probably had five pieces of lettuce total.

I understand it’s fast food. But they need to close this location. Nobody in line and waited 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive through. They told us to “hold on”. Not a single person there… the owner should be ashamed of the hiring.
This chicken cantina quesadilla had no chicken in it at all. That is 6.49 when it should be on the dollar menu for the amount of filling. It felt like i was eating just a cold tortilla. If i wanted that, I'd just put some cheese in tortilla in my microwave and eat it. Just go to tropical smoothie cafe. Will never be back

This Taco Bell night shift sucks!I understand that it gets busy but instead of working as a team and getting the orders out fast .One employee using profanity,complaining,I waited over 20 minutes for a number 11.3 items.I definitely will not be returning to this Taco Bell.No apology for the wait

Tonight I ordered a nacho fry and a 2 pack Cinnabon delights . I was told to pull around as they were making fresh fries. I had no problem. I went inside after 6mins because the line got extra long with about 5 cars in drive . Soon as I walked in the lady remembered and proceeded to hand me my order and apologized for the wait and also expressed it was only two of them ... I had no problem . I left with fresh fries but cold cinnamon delights! Now I'm not even mad , but I can only imagine those who are mad but don't know there's only two people working 5 positions. At this point I'm putting my application in ! But I just want to shout them out for still getting the job done because I know ball when I see ball!
