As I sit here and wait 44 minutes for some simple Taco Bell .. just a small order for myself . I realize this is the dumbest group of people to ever make food . They are arguing and struggling just to make tacos . I mean they are stressing . One girl is doing the worst but giving everyone attitude. They are extremely dumb . I’m honestly still here because of my amazement. Amazed how long this is taking … it’s Easter btw . It’s so slow in here . There is no excuse . They are just dumb

Needs better staffing employees are so rude i had an order to pick up i got there at 7:10pm to be ready by 7:15 it was 7:35pm an order still wasn't ready they don't Acknowledge you they ignore you have customers waiting for so long and can't even give a status or a time when order will be out it's to the point customers walk out because of how unprofessional they are cant leave the managers out they are rude no type of acknowledgement and when you ask manager for assistance they give you an attitude and they keep you waiting not carrying about no customers concerns this place is horrible and the reviews are so true if there was a 0 star I would give it 100x I swear these ppl make you not even want order or eat from there just so horrible!!...

every worker in this place is ghetto and has an attitude, I had to go back to the restaurant three times in order to get my order correct.. I placed an online order where the instructions of what I wanted are on the receipt. so how is it so hard to make a taco and nachos correctly?

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. There’s barely any filling in the tacos AND they were cold, and the cheese dip has a disgusting chemical taste that I’ve NEVER experienced before.

Never IN MY LIFE!!! I can promise you I will never be back! It’s 10:59pm right now I placed my order at 10:49pm on 2/12/2024 I’m still sitting here in this drive thru… this woman really just handed me ONE of my drinks and told me to drive around and wait back in line!!!!!!!!! I literally only had 2 meals. After waiting in line for a second time and watching as everyone who came after me got their food she handed me my food and when I asked her why she got an attitude and closed the window. She didn’t even give me my son’s drink!!!! This has to be a reflection of POOR MANAGEMENT

Taco Bell is the beautiful oasis in the desert when you’re starving and parched and there’s nothing else around, but then you see the beautiful bell. This is how I felt yesterday. Although I wasn’t in a desert and there were other places around, after sitting in traffic for an hour I saw Taco Bell and just had to stop and get a beautiful Crunchwrap supreme and drown away my frustration at the never ending traffic nightmare that is the DFW metroplex with a ice cold Mountain Dew.
