They have the most amazing staff here. I used to have really bad experiences at this location and they have 100% turned it around. Chris was fantastic and so nice. Most pleasant experience I have ever had in drive thru service!

Whoever made my food tonight deserves a raise or should be a manager. The whole team was on point. My Taco Bell order hasn’t tasted this fresh or high-quality in the five years I’ve been eating here. This was the best it’s ever been.

This place is trash. No one works the front, you have to order from the kiosk. The back is disgusting looking like it hasnt been cleaned in forever. 25 minutes waiting for the food to come out and there was no one here. Finally got the food and was missing half of it. The cheese roll ups for the kids weren't melted. Also. Save your money on getting extra cheese or meat on anything. They put the same amount on everything. I hope this place gets new management or shuts down so we can get something worth while.

absolutely awful. i ordered a regular burrito with just meat and cheese and within the large tortilla was the smallest amount of meat possible. i had to order again and get another burrito and add extra meat just to get a regular amount.

Store manager was working the drive thru. Very unpleasant, very impatient with us while we ordered, and was huffing and puffing because I asked for 2 extra fire sauce packets

I ordered the loaded fries and I know for sure those fries been there since they opened the store I tried one fry and spit it out immediately I usually just say whatever and take the loss but I went back to get my money back: the manager told me they don’t give money back once you try the food which is not true I told him to look in the bag and he seen it was still full of stale fries so he then goes to tell me I have to come in because they have a timer in the drive through. He refunded me my money but I’ll NEVER come back. Terrible experience!!

Not once have they ever given me the correct thing. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE Time. I ordered a #8, 3 Doritos tacos. No lettuce add onion. They gave me 2, completely shattered, extra lettuce. And one regular taco. DO BETTER. It’s not that hard to give us when we pay for.

Rodney was extremely kind and professional. There was a wait while my caramel apple empanadas cooked so he spoke with me to pass the time as it was not busy when I ordered. When they came out he honored my request to dust them in cinnamon and I was over the moon. The staff at this store is exemplary and I hope they get recognized for their hard work and amazing customer service

Customer service is always trash. Just looking at ur food you know, no one in that building cares about there customers, job, or business. These girls will sit and argue for ever about YOUR ORDER. I say your pride is to high for you to bite your tongue when dealing with someone you don’t like, your not mature enjoy to be in the working industry and your mother needs to teach you a few things about LIFE.
