Customer service is always trash. Just looking at ur food you know, no one in that building cares about there customers, job, or business. These girls will sit and argue for ever about YOUR ORDER. I say your pride is to high for you to bite your tongue when dealing with someone you don’t like, your not mature enjoy to be in the working industry and your mother needs to teach you a few things about LIFE.

Just want to let the Manager at this location know that last night at 1am I got the best fresh made chicken pieces, fries and cheese. Typically by the end of night, food isn’t always that fresh but your crews last night with Rosanna-David & Shuntez had the best late night customer service and best hot served food. They were a fun crew with energy and represented happy employees even at the last hour of their closing shift. By the way, I love the new chicken pieces (not nugget like McDonald’s, real chicken breast) Glad to know this Taco Bell got it right two nights in a row!!!

We ordered to go and I ordered Diablo sauce and because we were white they only gave us mild and hot, no other explanation. We saw only after. Racists again whites
Female worker too high to place order through drive through. Got half the order then went back though then found out our half order was wrong burritos and wrong quessidilla our cheese roll ups were not even cooked. Steak quesidilla was not cooked and we ordered chicken. The whole process we got attitude.

As someone who remembers when Taco Bell served good tacos at an inexpensive purchase point, today's Taco Bell falls flat. It's okay in a pinch, but if there are other options nearby I am choosing the other option.
