I have yet to get a correct order from this place. Worst taco bell in a 20 mile radius by far. Just drive to the next one I promise you’ll be better off.

I had placed an Uber Eats order. The two noticeable issues with my order, was that there wasn't a lot of Cinnamon Twists, and I had placed two orders of the Cinnabon Delights. Come to notice, there is only one pack in there.

This is the second time this has happened, Ill make sure to call in advanced next time to make sure my order is correct.

pls do not go here, the manager during the night shift 10/12 was yelling from the top of her lungs and calling customers liars. and she even had the audacity to throw a taco. and was name calling the employees.

This location is below average! Management and crew are all about wrong orders, $5 tortillas that are dry and stale as well as sloppy prep. You order a soft taco and get lettuce a pinch of cheese and if your lucky some meat! They are closest to my home so I can speak bluntly about the continued failures here. 1. Orders wrong 45% of the time, stale food and old tortillas, sloppy prep of food, VERY greedy with meats ( basic dog food quality meat ) and you have to ask for fresh well put together food with every order! Thank me later!

Quite possibly the worst fast food experience of my entire life. I placed an order at 10:55 and didnt get my food until 11:30, the chips were cold, they put almost no toppings, my first 2 bites were completely dry tortilla. As someone who works in fast food service i was hesitant to judge the workers, but how can you have 6 people working and still take 15 minutes to complete each order? there were 9 other people waiting over 20 minutes for their orders. Honestly I dont know what to say, I dont know if its a management problem or what. All I know is ill never be returning and I advise anyone reading this to get your taco bell at a different location.

Good service from the window but the food is bad; even by fast food standards. Don't order anything with beef in it because you'll get a microscopic serving followed by a mountain of lettuce to fill the space. A 5 layer burrito was basically just beans and tortilla. Management needs to do a quality audit on preparation and customer expectations.

There’s a gentleman who works on the intercom in the drive thru at night and is extremely rude and not welcoming. You don’t have to be happy nor even overly nice, just basic kindness. I pulled up and wasn’t greeted until maybe 1 minute + later and received a “what do you want” not even a “what can I get started for you” or a “we will be right with you” once I started ordering he kept saying “what else” in a very rude tone. While proceeding to get visibly frustrated with me because he doesn’t know that Taco Bell has chipotle sauce. I’ve had this same interaction before and I shrugged it off this time it was very aggressive and aggravating to the point I contemplated driving away and almost found it hysterical. The only reason I’ve come back is because this location is open later. It’s a bummer that even the bare minimum of customer service is hard to come by. You don’t have to be happy but you also don’t have to be insanely rude.

My toddler and I waited 25 + minutes for our food when no one else but employee on break were in the dining area. Make that make sense…

I went to check multiple times on my order to make sure my order had gone through. The second time I went up there my meal was in the fast food area COMPLETED and SITTING THERE. It took me making a scene to get my food and the guy didn’t say sorry and he forgot my drink. A sweet girl on her break made my drink for me. Absolutely worst management.

Note to management: it looks really bad to have three employees on break on their phone while customers can’t even get their food. I wasn’t mad until one of them was eating while I had been waiting for food for at least 20 minutes. ( Again, we were the only ones in the dining room).

Will never be coming back so you won’t have to worry about me👍🏻

Ordered one soft taco and one burrito. Dasher was at the store for an extra 10 minutes waiting on my order. Arrived and this is what they took an additional 10 minutes for. My taco was extra soft with nothing but lettuce. Worst taco I’ve ever had in my life.

I’m sorry and I love Taco Bell so much I order there and it’s my comfort food but when I needed that the most it’s suddenly not there? Can you guys stop taking away the nacho fries. The best thing on your menu.
