I placed my order at 10:50 and didn’t get my food until 11:30. I understand that it was busy but there’s absolutely no reason it should’ve taken 40 minutes. I went up to the counter to ask how my food was coming along and I was ignored for at least 10 minutes. When a worker finally came to help me he pulled a bag pushed aside on the counter, checked it, and said oh here you go like it hadn’t been sitting there for at least 15-20 minutes. He gave me cold food and when I asked him about it he said it’s been sitting for two seconds. He lied straight to my face and didn’t even try to reconcile the situation. Literally walked away without offering to either remake it or heat it up again. Truly disappointing. This location needs some serious help.

Place is dirty - Tables are sticky - I didn't even want to go into the restroom - there were about 10 high school students there placing their orders on the kiosk and nobody at the counter... Finally got our order placed. It was wrong and extras we paid for weren't there...
Y'all do better please.

I was doing an Uber eats order at night, and I came in to pick up the order. it was like I was invisible. Keep in mind there was no one else being served in the store apart from the drive-thru. They seemed confused. Then someone came in after me and got attended to. Then they begin to walk away, and have the audacity to ask, "have you been helped?" 😭😭

If are you going to sale chicken nuggets make it right and the bowls 🥣 because it's trash what are you saying. The nugget burn hard. The 🥣bowls no chicken all ugly for the price please managers put atencion to the quality food .
If you are looking for the worst possible customer service to go along with cold and undercooked food then this place is your spot! Wind in as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order for a customer that wanted three cups of spicy ranch dip and they told me that that's not a part of her order and it would be a dollar 59. I paid for that out of my pocket and the arrogant and lucky guy in the drive-thru that came out spinning a knife on his finger in a threatening way and asking me what's up what's up is very lucky he did not come at me with his knife. So if you're reading this dude, don't do that again. You may think you're tough but you are probably the least toughest person I've ever met. Never did get those sauce packets by the way after waiting 10 minutes and even two employees going on a smoke break. Unbelievable.

I went to Taco Bell on New Year’s Eve tho I understand it’s unfortunate to be open there was no reason for the way we were talked to. The AI sucks and I had to repeat my order three times and then after we got everything and went home… my food wasnt even in the bag after repeating the order as many times as I did its just ridiculous

Tonight I placed a mobile pick up order, I arrived at 10 pm (my order said it would be ready an 9:59) and checked in at the counter where they told me they’re making my order now. I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby before finally going to the counter to check on my order. They told me my order has been stolen and I need to go through customer service. No order ever went on the shelf however two customers from the drive thru came in with incorrect orders. So my order was “stolen” yet the only explanation here is that the employee gave it to the wrong person even with the order under my name, inside pick up, and me the only person in the lobby PLUS already checked in? And you won’t remake it or refund me? Yeah okay. Every time I come to this location in the past few months, I’m either missing at least one item or it’s incorrect. It takes a lot to get a public bad review from me but this is actually ridiculous at this point.

I recently placed a large order with your establishment, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. While I understand that fulfilling larger orders can be more challenging, it does not excuse the overall lack of quality and care that went into the preparation and delivery of the food.
Firstly, the most glaring issue was that everything arrived cold. This is deeply disappointing, especially given that the food was meant to be enjoyed fresh and hot. Cold dishes not only affect the taste but also diminish the overall experience of what should have been an enjoyable meal. It suggests a lack of proper planning or attention to detail in ensuring the food was prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Beyond the temperature issue, the food itself did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from your establishment. Whether it was the texture of certain items or the lack of flavor, it was clear that quality control was not a priority during the preparation process. For a business that prides itself on serving fresh and delicious meals, this was a major letdown.
I understand that large orders require additional coordination, but it is precisely in these moments that a restaurant’s ability to maintain its standards is most important. Customers rely on you to deliver a consistent experience, whether it’s a single meal or a bulk order. Unfortunately, this time, that consistency was absent.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. It’s clear that there is room for improvement in terms of organization, preparation, and ensuring that every customer—no matter the size of their order—receives food that reflects the quality and care your establishment is known for.
I encourage your team to reflect on how orders are handled, particularly larger ones, and to implement better systems to ensure food arrives in the condition it’s meant to. I believe you can do better, and I look forward to giving you another chance to show that this experience was an anomaly.
