My order was made wrong and I was advised by Tyler to go back and have the order red made. I’m A flight attendant so I’m just now making it up to the Taco Bell. I placed the order and I advised the Mexican at the window. He got a black guy with red and black locs on his head. He was reluctant then he said it ain’t my money so I don’t care. I was asked to pull up. The guy with the locs brought the order out and he was rude. No customer service d skills at all. I even offered to pay the $25 and come back when Tyler was in and get a refund. Needless to say the food still looked horrible and had a smell. I know you guys don’t care but we will patronize another location.

ive been to this location a few times with no issue, but tonight was awful. i didn't realize until after taking a bite of my taco, but both tacos i ordered tasted and smelled HEAVILY of bleach.
it was 100% the shell, not the wrapper or meat or anything else but it was strong like someone grabbed them with hands covered in bleach. i suspect someone didn't change their gloves between handling and cleaning, which is enough for me to avoid this location in the future. i recommend you exercise some caution yourself.

It was close to 10 pm but there was a car ahead of me. The drive thru staff was quick, listed to my order, and provided decent tasting, hot food fast. It was the first time I didn't use my app for the deals so I was a little sticker shocked at the $30 ish price tag for three people, however it was above average fast food taste and exactly what we ordered.

I normally buy at this location and get the build your own craving box normally get the chips and cheese tonight the kid preparing the box dropped the chips on the counter and instead of taking the extra 5 seconds to get new ones he picks them up from dirty counter and puts them in the box. He saw me looking too hopefully he gets canned I’m sure he violated food codes for taking food off a counter.
