Honestly, If I could give this location a zero I really would. Everyone that works there is either on their phones or not taking orders.. which is pretty sad considering that's your job and on top of that they just throw the food together so it's very sloppy.

Please drive a little further to get tacos, this place always serves tacos like this... they truly don't care. Taco Bell, Please hire people that care and know not to crush food. I've called and they don't care, smells like weed inside the lobby and are not professional or even trained properly by their current manager. OSHA is next on the list to call if Taco Bell doesn't step up

Ignore any reviews before 2025. They clearly changed management through the Fall of ‘24, because they have been exceptionally fast, highly accurate, and consistently hospitable. Highly suggest this crew!

The food was awful! I ordered the Build your own Luxe Craving Box. In it, I ordered the Cruchwrap Supreme, upgraded with steak. There was barely any meat in it. The taco was stuck to the paper so bad that I ended up throwing it away! Never again!!!

Staff doesn’t acknowledge a single person who walks through the door. 10 people in the lobby, staff says nothing to a single person, customers asking about orders and even the manager just looked at him and walked away without a word. Worst service I have seen anywhere
The food was good in the list and I will keep coming. The staff is there if it’s good and the place is always clean and the place is always cold though but it’s all it’s OK.

I recently moved in the area and my daughter wanted Taco Bell! Well first off we sat at the drive through waiting to order at least 5 mins finally I pulled up to the window and ordered from there! Then we get home and it’s not even my order!😟 I had a simple order bean burrito 3 crunchy taco supremes, it was some burrito with chicken and rice and 3 plain soft tacos! I was pissed SO DISAPPOINTED 😔

Idk who was working at 2:30am this morning but they obviously don't care about their job or their quality of work. This taco didn't have ANYTHING on 1/3 of it, and the burrito was DRYYYY as heck...didn't put the onions that it came with OR sauce and sour cream I paid extra for. I work a 12hr night shift, from 7p to 7a and I give 100% effort every night. If you can't read instructions and follow them when they're literally typed and in your face on a piece of paper, 1 at a time, then just quit your job cus you obviously don't care.

the night manager on duty was very rude disrespectful and only concerned about having cars towed not about making the food that all delivery drivers were there for.
Parking: if you're a delivery driver and the parking lot is full make sure to park at another business because the night manager on duty will call the tow truck to come and tow your car away.
Kid-friendliness: no because all the employees including management curse so much and they don't care who is around to see or hear what is being said by anyone who works at this taco bell
