Always have issues at this Taco Bell. We either are missing items or not made properly. This was just today. They forgot our drinks and our cinnamon twists. And when I reminded them, this is the twists I got.

My french fries were cold but I received some fresh french fries and it was so good Thanks for the nice service
6/24/25 I ordered $5.00 Luxe combo And swapped out the regular taco for a soft taco and order two bean burritos with meat added in a large Pepsi. This is what I got one beefy five layer burrito, no sour cream Two burritos With meat added, no cinnamon twist the soft taco next your burrito I don’t know where it came from and Large Pepsi, and all this was supposed to be done in, but they bagged everything it’s like every time I come to this Taco Bell they get everything wrong. This will be the very last time. I’m coming very unsatisfied.

Went to Taco Bell on Main Street in Fort Worth to try the new menu item chicken strips and boy did they disappoint. They were so hard and dry and gave me no sauce ended up throwing them away.
Need a better night crew except lady working the window last night I repeated 3times my order and it was still given to me wrong I got asked to park in front while they fixed it and got told they would bring it out to me so I sat out there waiting for almost 15mins just for my order to be sitting inside waiting for me to go get it & even after I got it fixed it was sloppy BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
