they slap your food together like its going to the hogs.

Put in a mobile order 1.5 hours before closing, said order was received, drove 25 minutes to get there, waited at the speaker for 10 then drove around. All lights off and employees sitting in the parking lot in their cars and after I sat there my order was canceled saying it would take 2-3 business days to receive refund

I order my food here around 10pm at night the lady on the shift on 9/25 in drive thru had messed up my order. I expain to her she made a mistake and the manager tries to argue with me instead of just remaking my meal. Which she eventually did because I paid for and brought the food back but her service was horrible and my food was cold. Never going back

My order gets messed up nearly every time.
They gave me regular baja blast instead of “diet/Zero” (I’m diabetic) and DID NOT sub black beans for beef (gluten free & vegetarian) for my entire order again….
Literally cannot eat anything in this meal. I just drove 3hrs home and stopped on my way for a quick dinner.

No customers in the dining room. I'm the only customer in the drive thru. A simple order: 2 chicken Cantina quesadilla, 2 reg. quesadilla, 2 reg. shell tacos and a burrito. Missing: 2 reg. tacos and burrito. She didn't give me my receipt and when I called, line fast busy. Wasn't going to drive 7 miles just to get what was left out and I'm sure I would've had to beg for compensation to make inconvenience right. I take fault not asking for a receipt but they were NOT busy at all. 👎🏾
