I always get the party burritos, they’re normally delicious but they used hard expired tortillas. Its gross. Your staff needs to use soft tortillas. Mine is so hard that the worker snapped the tortillas on my burritos. Unbelievable

Haven’t been to taco Bueno in a long time. Servers were kind and professional. Answered questions in our meal came out perfect. Looking forward to coming back to this location again. We ordered Muchacho’s and the beef nacho salad.

So my daughter reported this location today and the night manager lied! Don’t come to this location at night time when this lady is there. She s young Hispanic chick that doesn’t care about your food, at all and normally has a rude attitude! We have been coming here since it opened since we stay in the neighborhood! Last night was my last time coming here!
THIS LOCATION JUST CAN’T GET IT RIGHT! If you don’t like your job, let someone who would appreciate it work it! On top of the shells not even being half full, there broken!!! Ridiculous!

Update, about 10 mins ago I decided to give this location another change because I’m sick and couldn’t drive to far! As I’m telling the rude ass lady at the drive thru my order, I couldn’t hear her well! I’m sick, so my ears are stopped up plus I have a mask on! I ask her to please repeat what she said because I couldn’t hear her, she said I ALREADY REPEATED YOUR ORDER! God was on her side today! Im going to leave it at that! She doesn’t need to work the drive thru not work fast food if your gonna be rude just because you THINK you can! I drove off to keep from getting out of character today, the next person mightn’t be so nice! Check yourself young lady!!!
I left this place about 5 mins ago!!! I was charged for extra cheese that I didn’t freaking get and 2 orders of Churros!! I get home and none of it is in the bag!!! I’m so furious right now! When a person is tired from working a 12 hr shift, the least you can do is get there order right!! I’m done with this half clean, can’t get order right restaurant!! Honestly they never should have placed this restaurant in the neighborhood! One of the worse Taco Buenos around!
