i work in the food industry, been doing so 8+ years. Asking for a plate back DIANA. is absurd. You don’t know people’s living situations, why drive back 20 min for a mistake YOU guys made. I will be contacting corporate. Especially when it comes to hard earned money. $22 for nachos ( wrong order given) is ridiculous.

My mom went to get $22 worth of food 2 muchaco platters and got home with a box of nachos and 1 Taco , when i called and spoke to a Diana she refused to give my mom a refund bc she wanted the plate. do you think She was gonna make a 20 minute drive just to show you a plate ? FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE? check your god damn cameras before you question a loyal customer i Will NOT have her return here anymore .

Found a hair in the middle of my food. The man who took my order had very short hair and was wearing a hat. The only other employee that had long hair was the manager, and she wasn't wearing a hairnet nor a hat. Anyone with long hair has to wear a hairnet or a hat. Apparently, Taco Bueno needs to retrain them and possibly check if they even have a food handlers card.

This was a total disappointment. Save your money unless you want some old cold food. My nephew suggested this place because he ate there before. He thought it was a little better than Taco Bell. Though I swore off Taco Bell because of their poor service, you couldn't pay me to eat at this place ever again.
Kid-friendliness: The empl6was was friendly and provided good customer service, but the food is what destroyed Taco Bueno reputation. Don't eat here.

Our Big Ol Burritos (BOB) Were small, cold, and the tortillas were hard and cold. This place has really gone down hill. Also, we were there around 7pm and no other customers were there, we should have taken that as a sign!
Customer Service Sucks ! I say there while two people were in front of me at the register and they never turned around to greet or take my order. I had to ask can I order and they still didn’t turn around. Very rude

At 4:30 pm I ordered almost $30.00 worth of food and check it. My street taco shell wasn't fresh nothing was hot. The kids were on there phones and I just got off and didn't think I needed to check cause Noone was inside or drive thru. Stood at the counter for 10min before I got service. No apologies or nothing. So I don't recommend anyone go there. I dont recommend no food. I was in the area. If I wasn't so far I'd take it back. I really want my money cause I still have the food. Sad... I ova 50yrs and when I worked there was no phones except management. Noone paid attention or anything. Missed me off cause when the kids want something, they want it right. Why get a job at fast food if you not gone do the job you paid for? ... Don't worry I will wait on the answer. Ridiculous!!!! So ? ? ?!!! These tortilla and meat had to be sitting more than 2/3 hours. And I can count the pieces of meat. I got 4 in each of them.

What has happened? I always order a whollatta box and get it half and half. Well the price has gone up over 3.00 but the quantity has gone to poo. The tacos weren't even filled half up and the tortillas that were bean burritos were burnt to the point of being crunchy. I was not even given a receipt. I probably will not be returning. The quality and quantity has just gotten bad. SMH
