Pretty below average taco bueno, they never seem to put out fresh salsa/pico and it's not very clean overall either. They act like you're harassing them by just wanting them to do their jobs and get your food made. If they don't want to work just don't work instead of working with people's food and being lackadaisical and disengaged

Went through the drive thru, took about 15 minutes for someone to answer. I gave them my order and they said maybe two words during the entire interaction. What I thought would be a in-and-out food run turned into sitting and waiting for a solid 25 minutes.
I love Taco Bueno, but this place specifically sucks.

HORRIBLE LOCATION! You are better off going to the Schlotzky's next door (who are great by the way). Service, horrible. Food, horrible. This location is literally the worst. I have gone here a handful of times and each time I feel like a burden to the people working here. They hate giving you salsa, I swear it has to come out of their paycheck if they give you an extra one.

Clearly it takes a rocket scientist to take orders at Taco Bueno. The short latina girl with a sparkly clip in her hair that was taking orders on December 18, 2025 around 1:15 PM really is a piece of work and gives awful customer service. Clearly her conversation with another worker was way more important than giving a proper greeting yet alone listening to the order that I was trying to place. I get to the window and she kept closing the window when I was trying to ask her. I even had to ask her why she kept closing the window instead of acknowledging that she heard what I was requesting for. She decided to roll her eyes at me like I was the problem and again closed the window in my face. Makes sense why every time I come to this location nobody regularly works here. It’s always new people. Very sad on the service I got today. Not surprised though.. the customer service is always poor every time I’ve been to this location. I would give zero stars if I could. You would think that given all the poor reviews for this location on customer service things would change but clearly not. Do better on your hiring process because the people you’re hiring shouldn’t be employed at all.

Barely even enough enthusiasm to reach far enough out the drive thru window to take my card. I ordered food for 3 people and he gave me literally 1 salsa after I asked. Did not look or speak to me. Come on taco bueno, do better with your hiring.

Not exactly sure why I keep coming back to this place. Sevice continually gets worse and worse. And the food presentation leaves ALOT yo be desired. Employees are always rude and always act like they have someplace better to be. Management is never around and their attitude is just as bad.

I have tried going inside and drive thru. The inside visit the person was on the ohine and acted like I was bothering him. Never said anything and even when I thanked him he just turned around and walked off to get back on his phone. Today in drve thru ( happened to be the same person or his twin) ordered and then said can you add a party burrito. He sighed on the mic. Got to the window, order was wrong. I thanked him and he shut the windows on me. Then when we got the food, I asked for salsa he reaches and gives me 2. Again I thanked him and nothing. (No reciept and his name tag was covered as well). When we got home both salsa's were 1/4 full. I told my wife this will be the last time we eat there. I have had better customer service from a rock! Since there is no Bueno close to us it will be Taco Casa from now on.

Horrible customer service right from the start. The drive thru person was rude and had no customer service skills. Not even a greeting even when at the window. Didn’t say anything even when talked to. Need to train these employees or replace them with people with basic manners. Food was fine but the interaction ruined the place for us. Visit was 8/28/25 around 6:10 if you care to correct the employee.

READ THE REVIEWS!!! Do NOT eat here. Do not waste your money!!! Dining room was a mess! Every single table was dirty!!! They were out of hot sauce!?! We spent $50 and waited almost 45 mins for our food. We got our food and trashed it. We didn’t trust the employees. Our worst experience at a Taco Bueno!! How is this location still open?! And why has the staff not been replaced?!

I don't think anyone working there was over the age of 16...tables where filthy and employees were using power tools while people were in the lobby eating, oh and no.....no washing of the hands when they were done!!

Ordered my food and pull up to the window and pay. I'm only car and asked to pull forward where I sit and wait for 10 minutes. Bring out my food and forget my drink. I ask for my drink and tell him what it was and he walks off brings it back and somehow gets the drink wrong. He walks off too fast for me to say anything. While I'm waiting for my food, I see employees walking around on the inside on their cell phone. Service is horrible and dknt think I'll be returning.
