My boyfriend went to drive thru at 10:30, lady asked to take the order and my boyfriend told her just one second please. He quickly decided what he wanted and said he was ready… dead silence..he spoke again and he was ignored. He finally had to back up out of the drive thru and as he backed up he proceeded to drive around and as he did he could see a lady inside sweeping the floor and a young man who was a worker there was peeping around the corner at him from inside the establishment. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE WAS PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE THEY CLOSED!

They’re always out of stock on something. Just close it and put another Taco Bell or taco casa there. Plenty of reviews insinuate they need to fire the staff. Fire the staff or close the store. No wonder they’re closing the doors on these places

This Taco Bruno restaurant location is a great manager night that all the staff is nice. The place is clean. Everything is nice and everybody is friendly to you. They are very nice to you. It’s a good location. Even the manager and the manor is very nice to you The supervisors are very nice to you In the food with very good and yummy I will be coming back again

Currently waiting 18 minutes past my pickup time still waiting at the front counter for someone to Acknowledge I exist even…….. employees look like they hate life…. Update waited for my food 22 minutes past my pickup time just to take my bag of food home to find they forgot all of my sides of sauces and one of my elote sides soo overall not an enjoyable experience but at least I got food idk

Not sure what changed at this location as it used to be pretty good for a TB. Within the last few months, the quality of their food has fallen off a cliff. You never know how it is going to turn out. Horribly low portions, over or undercooked food, missing items, cold food, etc.

Party burrito was dry, literally! No sauce or cheese, the tostada was drowned with lettuce, no beans or meat in sight.

The lady taking my order was short temperd and sassy for no promoted reason. During my order she kept cutting me off when I asked for removal of and item so when I repeat that part aster she said what else I was told I know how many times are you going to tell me. The drink that was handed to me had soda dripping down it with the lid unsecured so it spilt and that made her even more annoyed that she had to wait for me to wipe down my vehicle before grabbing a receipt. The food was gross! I tossed everything and went to taco casa!
