Why put a close dining room when I walk with almost before the dining room closes and the guys have it closed and hanging out in the dining room. Looks like its been closed for hours.

I ordered a couple dozen breakfast tacos for a school event — they were ready on time and absolutely delicious!
We frequent another location for breakfast and this establishment blew the other away. Customer service was quick and professional. Did not have to wait around to order. Food was prepared quickly. Portion sizes were not as small as other locations. All tables were clean and ready for use. Staff was courteous and professional. We did thank a staff member and made sure to tell the manager how great everything was.

When I order through the drive-thru, the manager is extremely nice and gives off positive vibes. One morning, he was speaking to his staff members and stated I know we have a lot of orders, but we can do this, guys. It made me want to continue coming back not only because of their excellent food but to hear those wonderful speeches to encourage the team.

That Assistant Manager name Karen Kotera lives up to her name KAREN. She is very rude and unprofessional doesn’t know how to work with the public. She hung up on me because I asked for corporate number, but when I returned to the store she wants to say she can remake my order, no the hell you won’t you will not spit on my food. She’s not fit to be an Assistant manager.
