Literally standing around inside doing nothing when they dont close for 2 hours, but can't answer the window for the two solid minutes I waited

I went to the menu board. When no one came, I went to the window. For the next several minutes, the man in charge questioned the young girl about the car at the window. He then spent the majority of the time complaining about me driving to the window and berating the young girl. He also complained about me while I was sitting in my car listening. I will not patronize at this location. The food was premade. I came to work and ate my breakfast. I have been sick for several hours and thinking of taking a half-day. I am definitely not happy.

I have always loved Taco Cabana, but no more. I ordered 2 beef enchiladas with tex-mex sauce. Sauce was dark brown and very strong tasting, like gravy for mashed potatoes that was supposed to have been watered down. Tex-mex is supposed to be orange colored, not dark brown. Will order queso sauce next time. Ordered black beans and got refried. Got nachos free that we did not order, so ate that for my dinner and threw away the plate I ordered. Sat by the window to watch the traffic and there was a homeless guy sitting on the other side of the window smoking during our whole meal, under a no smoking sign.
We should've listened to all the reviews before coming here. We had gone to pick up an online order and when we got there, they claimed they never got it. Uber eats had to call them and explain the situation and said they just forgot to check. We decided to order our food again and cancel our Uber order. After getting our food we realized our order was wrong. We had gotten just 1 quesadilla. Also the chicken just didn't look real if that makes sense. It looked like plastic that had been reheated over the span of a week. Corporate desperately needs to address everyone's concern for food safety and competency.

Anthony who works here is the GOAT! Kindest person I've come across in a while.
I had ordered my food and then got held back by work for almost an hour. I finally was able to go get it and Anthony offered to remake it. I told him that it was okay, there's a microwave at the office, but he told me it was no problem and remade everything including the drink.
The holiday seasons can be really hectic, especially for fast food and retail employees, but that extra mile really made my whole day. He's a really kind person. I hope they give him a raise and a promotion! 🙏 If you see this Anthony, thank you again for being so kind to me today. I hope you have a blessed holiday!

They are usually pretty good here, but they really dropped the ball tonight. The chicken in my chicken fajita nachos tasted scorched. And, they forgot my side of guacamole and sour cream.
