12/10/25 @ 3:15 p.m. I pulled up to the drive-thru and saw one employee outside. No big deal; maybe they were on break or cleaning. I pulled up to the menu, ready to order. No response. I waited for a bit, still nothing. Another vehicle pulled up behind me. I then asked if anyone was available to take my order, but still got no response. So I drove away to find food elsewhere.

I’m so upset with our order. We paid almost 41.00$ for two of us and we didn’t even get half of them. No one would answer the phone and we was charged for cheese on the side.

Today was my second time to ever go here. I’m pretty health conscious but I needed something quick because I had a busy schedule.
I ordered 2 super tacos and 2 super burritos. Both taco were STALE as hell. I tried to call management just to let them know so they stop using these old ones for other customers. The call send to voicemail 3x in an hour time frame so I’m writing this review for a few reasons.
1. My service has horrible every single time. At every location, but especially this one on this day. 2. Why charge 69 cents for extra olives? They only give you about 6 slices which isn’t even 1 WHOLE olive. That’s penny pinching from the franchise and that’s ridiculous considering every individual super taco is about $5. 3. My crunchy tacos were at least a day old or very humid which is gross. It was actually very chewy. I don’t ever write bad reviews so it was bad enough that I felt it was necessary.
I hope your CEO sees this and makes some changes from a higher level. I’ve worked fast food and in restaurants. Just because a place is cheap doesn’t mean it has to be crappy.

I love Taco Casa, I don't think they have anything that I dislike. My favorite is the spicy bean burrito and the taco lite.

I frequently go to your location, due to convience. However, the last 3 times that I ordered tea it was bad, not mention this last time it had slime. This is problem can only stem from improper washing of your tea earns at close. Its obvious your nozzles are not being properly scrubbed and cleaned, aswell as your drain cord. I have worked and manged at many fast food locations, and I'm telling you this only from experience. Your customer service and atmosphere is outstanding. I am only telling you about the problem with the tea in hopes you will fix it. Thankyou for your time.
Taco Casa is my fave drive-thru fix, and this location is no exception. Fast, hot, and correct every time!

If you want something fast, don't come here. There was only 2 orders ahead of me. Took over 25 minutes to get 1 taco. Another patron was getting upset because of the employee taking his order and food getting it to him took just as long. Think I will just go to Taco Casa on Pipeline. Never had this issue even when it was packed. It is only 8 minutes farther to there from my work.
