I usually avoid fast food attached to gas stations....and this just confirmed it! Ordered 3 MEAT burritos....after 7-10 minutes in the drive thru, I got 3 bean burritos. I went in and was asked for the receipt that wasn't given to me , mind you I just drove out of the drive thru. The guy spen minutes to find the actual order on the register and then told me, well you owe $6 for the difference for meat burritos we only charged for bean..... I wasted about 30 min of my time here by this time. I told him to refund it ALL I'll go elsewhere.... Worst customer service I've seen in a while. The manager with taped together glasses even seemed to be annoying the other customers by making such an ordeal out of a simple correction.

Usually, when fast food restaurants are slow, the service sucks but these people were on it and I’m grateful. I was buying food for myself and a homeless person and I was glad for the quick service. Taco Casa is always my go to when I’m hungry.

Went to eat at Taco casa it's was around 10 on 10/17/25 Mom ordered chilada and I ordered a taco and burrito went home mom started eating she was hungry and halfway through her food she found maggots and stopped eating it she was disgusted went back to show them what had happened the worker there she was like it looks like cheese I was like what cheese does not move she looked at us like she was in confusion we asked for a refund she seemed really unhappy with us about going back it's not our fault they didn't care about what they serve us it's just terrible how people can be so awful if you wouldn't eat that why would you think we would my goodness 🤮🤮🤮🤮👎 I will not eat there again
