What happened to this place. We’ve been coming here for years and the last two times we came the portions are worse than Taco Bell. The prices go up and the serving go down. Not worth coming to this location.

I ordered a taco casa choice and I have never seen burritos soo skinny in my life . The burritos barely had any beans or cheese . Not just one all of them . Sucks to spend your money for food and this happen .

I am Highly ALLERGIC to cheese. When I order, I tell them exactly that, PLUS I add, I CAN NOT have even a shred of cheese. When I get my item, & it has cheese, it can not be eaten....I return it. Today, my Taco Salad had cheese in it... I try to call & the phone ALWAYS is not taking calls. So I have to drive back to Taco Casa, & they REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ORDER or refund my money. The people who work here do not care, and their attitude is horrible.... I Will be CONTACTING THE OWNER.... FORGET rhe manager

I always love Taco Casa. I usually have a good experience. Today we went in and it wasn’t as good as it usually is and they billed me for the courtesy cups for kids under 7. It was almost 5.00. I didn’t say anything because I just hate any sort of confrontation on my part. Just keep in mind that you have to remind them, even if you tell them that’s what you want.
Kid-friendliness: I love that they give 2 free drinks for kids under 7 with the purchase of a large drink but you have to tell them that is what you want because they will charge you for a regular drink, and 2 of them are almost 5.00.
