I always love Taco Casa. I usually have a good experience. Today we went in and it wasn’t as good as it usually is and they billed me for the courtesy cups for kids under 7. It was almost 5.00. I didn’t say anything because I just hate any sort of confrontation on my part. Just keep in mind that you have to remind them, even if you tell them that’s what you want.

It's great food but the lady in the drive thru window was as rude as she could possibly be..she was a heavier set tall Hispanic woman and she's very rude.. if u don't like your job quit . We should not have to be treated like that because we are hungry....

Me and 2 of my friends went through the drive thru. The orders that were heard correctly were on the receipt and in the bag. However, we had to go inside to get the last order . It was rather quick, no extra hassle.
