I have been trying to give these people the benefit of the doubt. They used to be really good however recently the service and quality of care has decreased. My spouse and I used to get these tacos every week on Wednesday’s’/ Thursday with their $1 taco special, some cases I’m not in the mood for a taco I like to order their quesadilla.
About a month ago, we ordered tacos and took them home to eat. My spouse ordered steak tacos. He bit into one and there was a piece of metal from the grill or some kind of screw mixed in with his meat. We called up there and informed them what was going on. They had an attitude stated they will remake the tacos but only if we bring them back and show proof of the metal not issue a refund. Mind you, we were already back at home and did not feel like driving back. The tacos were only a dollar so no big deal my spouse said just leave it alone but I feel like like they could at least act like they care.
Recently, I brought some family here who never been before. I ordered a asada quesadilla. They rolled the “quesadilla” up like it was a burrito and argued with me that it was indeed a quesadilla and that they do not cut it up. This is a lie, all of the quesadillas I’ve ordered from there in the past have been cut. The cashier was rude and even mixed her story up numerous times. First she stated it was their mistake that the chef didn’t know, then she stated next time I need to let the cashier know I want my quesadilla cut up cause that’s not something they do. Next she unrolled the burrito in front of me stated it is a quesadilla which is wasn’t. The fact that the customer service was very unprofessional and very argumentative. After this situation I will not be back!! The food overall is not worth it honestly. There are many tacos trucks in Fort Worth that I will go too.

It's a truck parked in a parking lot, and you cannot see them preparing your food, I really don't like that with food trucks! Small tacos not much on it, the chicken taco is very dry & stringy......
