Taqueria Cuauhtemoc, and it truly impressed me. The tacos were fresh and packed with flavor. I tried the al pastor, and it was perfectly seasoned, with the right balance of sweetness and spice. The tortillas were soft and fresh, and the toppings—like cilantro and onions—were just the right touch. The salsas were flavorful, adding just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish.
Today is February 4, 2026 and I bought nachos from the tacos Truck. I like their nachos. They serve you a great portion. However, today I also bought an Horchata drink and and it was tasteless.
Sooooo good! Fajitas were AMAZING! My son had a burger and fries and I tell you, taquerias have THE BEST burgers. Every family member of our party of 7 had a fantastic meal from the fresh to order guac to street tacos to the caldo de rez. Everything was tasty and I felt the made with love quality!
