I seriously can’t recommend Olmos BBQ enough! They catered our wedding last weekend and we 100% made the right decision. John was absolutely amazing: so friendly, super accommodating, very responsive, and ALWAYS on top of things. They covered both cocktail hour & our dinner service and went above & beyond to make everything perfect and delicious!
Delicious! Ordered Brisket, green beans and street corn with brisket for our NYEE dinner and the brisket didn’t stand a chance. SO GOOD! Kids loved the street corn with brisket. Highly recommend!
