We tried Taqueria Ruby because it as close to to where we were working for the week. I ordered the Torta with asada, and boy oh boy, it was amazing. I love Tortas, and this one really hit the spot. My colleagues order tacos and enchiladas which were also excellent. I would make a point to stop here again when I am back in town.
If you are looking for the real deal when it comes to atmosphere, friendly staff, and yummy tacos, then Taqueria Ruby is the place !
Parking is always a little difficult as the parking lot is very small and usually full.
However there is curbside parking available and even that gets kind of packed at lunchtime.
I heartily recommend the chicken tacos !
