Food variety was more than most other type of franchise, food was more than "okay" giving a high 3 score.
The tempura received a low 3 score... I could taste the flour in it and the batter was not light like most authentic tempura.

This location is always subpar to the location on beach finally came back to this location after probably 5 years. Always go out of my way for beach location. Asked for an eel sauce so they didn’t put any on my beach roll and it’s extremely lightly fried. Was told they use a different batter but it’s fried and still soft, showed a video of it made properly w eel sauce on top as well & then it was taken off tab. I usually spend 50-200 depending on family or friends with me. Owner was nice about it offered to fry it more. Shrimp tempura roll was very good as usual per beach location. Decided not to order anything else once rolls were brought.

Love coming to Taste of Asia at Overton Ridge for lunch. Great lunch menu, good price, and the food was amazing! Waitstaff, Vincent, was exceptional! Will definitely return soon!
