Saw this place on google maps and decided to give it a try; I should’ve followed my instinct and went to the buffet ; but noo, the man wanted to try out some soul food. Ordered the meatloaf with a couple of sides; cabbage was great, Mac n cheese was ok, nothing to brag about, cornbread was delicious; but the meatloaf was dry and hard as a rock. This thing must’ve been sitting there for at least 3-4 days; plus it was salty as can be. Chef must’ve not measured the salt with this batch. Place was on the warm side, I guess AC wasn’t working. Could use a little renovation to spruce up the place a lil bit. All in all, It’s a hit n miss.

I just want to say I was going to take a picture but I ate it before I could!!! I was craving some soul food, the gentleman was extremely sweet and somehow knew what I wanted and was looking for when I came in. I got a catfish dinner plate for my husband and I and two extra fillets because we're both fat kids at heart. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to all friends and family!!! Portion sizes are amazing and the taste is just like home.

I had Neckbones ,rice and gravy with yams.Sides was ice cold and taste like they came out the can .Meat Had No Flavor at all.Even the Kool-aide was Horrible.Money wasted.Would Not Return
