We used TCP for our wedding this past weekend and we had an amazing experience. We inquired with 2 other caterers but after our tasting we knew tcp would be the one! From our initial tasting they were very helpful in making sure our vision for our food would come to life! They gave recommendations for our guest count and budget and worked with us to create a personalized menu item for cocktail hour as well as a late night snack for the end of the night. Our guests literally raved about how much they enjoyed all of the food! The favorite being the truffle mac and the jerk chicken! We would recommend them to anyone!

TCP catered my wedding at Knotting Hill Place on May 10th, 2025 and they were very subpar! At our original food tasting, the food was hot and delicious, however at my wedding there were so many issues. All the food was cold, not room temp but cold! The chicken was rubbery, green beans and mashed potatoes were below average and the dinner roll was horrible. Overall, I was very disappointed with the outcome especially since we paid several thousands of dollars a which all seemed to be wasted. If you are a bride, please be cautious of this company. The customer service was great, if only the food matched the energy!

Scott was SO accommodating and helpful when it came to scheduling tastings. Their food was so good and we got a ton of compliments on it during our wedding. Everyone was so nice, kind, and professional! Flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce was the hit of the night!!! We had 160 person wedding and service was great.

Tonight we were having an event catered by TCP. I am so happy to report that everything was great. The servers were so nice and professional. One even came in and picked up plates. These were wonderful women who have pride in their jobs. The food was great. We had beef with mushroom sauce, broccoli casserole, vegetable. potatoes, and lemon cake - everything was cooked perfectly. No need for Rolaids tonight. Thank God. It was a very nice evening with the food, tea, and event. Thank you TCP for a great job.
To be fair TCP has been catering for us for a while and it has been great. I don't know what happened last night when TCP catered for us and I have to say that next to the cordon blue chicken it was the worst meal they have catered. The green bean casserole had no flavor and was soggy. The dressing needed to be cooked - all they did was take breading and add celery and water - again no flavor. The turkey had some kind of cajun seasoning - tasted terrible. The peach cobbler was cold as ice We are not children - we don't need the servings put into little bowls for us. Leave the cobbler in a big pan over a flame and it will probably taste better. The best thing was the sweet tea and you had to beg the caterer for that. The girl working the catering job was not friendly at all - all the other servers have been wonderful. I have no idea where they found this one but they need to send her back. All in all the dinner was terrible - if I was paying for it, I would want a refund.

TCP staff members are flexible and friendly, and Scott (their lead coordinator) has been very helpful in terms of helping us figure out price points, service options, etc. We have had them cater everything from grilled chicken off their regular menu, to custom steak cuts for black-tie evening events.
