Teresa's Event Staffing & Bartending

The communication with teresa was horrible. I booked with her and was waiting for the contract, invoice, and a way to pay the deposit. Was ignored for a week and decided to go with another company. Planning a wedding is hard enough just asking for professionalism and communication is not a big ask.

Teresa' and her team did an outstanding job servicing my daughter's wedding in Forth Worth last weekend. We arranged for the caterer, the beverages, many other services to do the wedding and Teresa's team took over and coordinated everything with great professionalism and a smile. Her servers and bartenders were friendly and attentive and went the extra mile to see that our 180 guests were well taken care of. Above and Beyond! I will use Teresa again and highly recommend her and her team.

She will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to hire her. Our venue, regretfully, had this business listed as a recommended vendor. Avoid at all cost. This business did not write a formal contract of any type but tell you all the things you want to hear. On the day of our wedding they were two people short (33% of staff promised). All that being said, I was never reached out to be told this was the case. The staff had to tell me an hour before our event began. Nobody called or reached out to tell us that this was the case. We also wrote a check for the contractual amount. I, still to this day, have no idea if it was the right amount or not. I just have to assume I wasn't robbed. Teresa never reached out at all to apologize, explain, or just overall try to discuss anything.The 66% of the staff that did show up was really great. I would even say exceptional. I feel bad leaving one star but you will not get a contract or any formal recognition of the event. After going through this wedding, I know now that you can't trust anyone but need to verify through contractual agreements. If she doesn't want to (and please don't believe what she tells you on the phone) DO NOT BOOK WITH HER.Again, her available staff was amazing. She, on the other hand, was incredibly unprofessional and would not recommend. This was a critical part of the success of the wedding and it was a complete fail. Find someone else.

You will not go wrong using Teresa’s Event Staffing! Carol and Amber did an outstanding job! They are so personable, professional and went above and beyond the job. We will definitely use Teresa’s event staffing again.
