We had breakfast here this weekend and the food was delicious! The cafe de olla was good, I liked that it wasn’t too sweet. But no fee refills so that’s a bummer. The chilaquiles were great! The salsas had a good level of spice to them and the meat was really flavorful. The Gansito pancakes were also great. All the portions here are pretty big so they’re great for sharing. They also gave us free mini concha’s for they’re anniversary! They only do counter service which is kinda weird, so you have to order and pay first then they’ll bring you out your food, but we had plenty of people check on us throughout our meal so it really wasn’t an issue. Would definitely come back again!

Well, I was pretty excited to try out this new spot. Don’t expect to come in and be seated. We arrived at 9:30 AM with an hour wait.
When you come in you have to order at the stand, pay and then be seated. You have to serve your own water. I got splashed by the machine of water. (be careful)
Coffee de la hoja was good.
The dishes were okay until I found a LONG strand of hair in my sons eggs. I have short short hair so I know for a fact it was NOT mine. (Please have the cooks wear hair nets). All they offered was to replace the eggs…
Great decor… but I would rather eat at a hole in the wall… without HAIR & in my food & such a LONG wait.
Thanks for the experience. Spent about $55.00.

First time going and staff was rude. We had a party of 15 and they refused to sit us together. They wanted to give us one table inside and one table outside. When we tried to split up and get 2 tables 8 and 8 side by side not together they said they can't bcs were all in 1 party.

Everything is super delicious, the food takes a while to arrive, but they should have a lot more organization in terms of timing, there is always a long waiting time, they told me one hour, we arrived and it was longer, we left less, I think the People no longer come back because of that, the waiting time is too long, too much, exaggerated for breakfast.
The food is very delicious, and the coffee from pot goes without saying.

There was an hour and a half wait time, when we were seated there were multiple empty tables. The food was okay, not worth the wait.

The worst part about this place is getting a seat, so I was super excited to see that they had expanded and added a whole new inside area with about 15 tables…… unfortunately they are not staffed in the kitchen to seat that many people…. So even though there were plenty of open tables both inside and outside we had to wait about 30-45 minutes to be seated due to not being properly staffed in the kitchen. We traveled about 30 minutes to get here so we decided to stay and wait. Just seems like this place needs better management if they want to grow. Super annoyed about this situation.

We live in Grand Prairie and we went to Fort Worth because a friend recommended the chilaquiles, without a doubt DELICIOUS, it was completely worth the 40 minutes we drove with my husband. He ordered some Chilaquiles OG Tricolor Chicken Fajitas and I ordered some Birriaquiles Tricolor, the pot coffee was the best, I bought another one to take home, we will definitely come back to try more of their dishes.

Very disappointed with this place. First of all we were told the wait was about 30 minutes when we checked in at 9:25.. we didn’t get seated until an hour later. We place our order and we waited another hour and our food never came. By then my baby was upset because he was hungry. I went to the front to checked on our food after seeing that they were serving two other people that were seated after us. Well they never made our food, somehow the kitchen didn’t get our ticket. We left because we couldn’t keep waiting, especially with a crying baby. We were told there was nobody there to give us a refund but once the person got there they were going to process the refund. Is been a week and nothing.. we won’t we back after this. So plan to be here at least 2 hours before getting any food.

It was worth the wait. The red or green chilaquiles are delicious...! The eggs were prepared just as I requested and the attention was incomparable...

Food is good, once finally seated it came out in a timely matter.. BUT there is a lot of things that need improvement.. they have expanded their seating which is great, however there is still a long wait time even with not a lot of people there. We have to wait outside and literally wait until their timer runs out only to go inside with lots of open seating available.. the wait time system is not accurate.. the wait seemed understandable when they actually didn’t have many tables.
