Over half of the drinks were out of order. No sugar free options available. I was forced to buy a bottle, which does not come with refills. My daughter wanted an Icee. Guess what? Also out of order. We were forced to buy a bottled water instead. No refills. She saw gummy bears and asked for those. We were told they were not selling gummy bears that day. Made no sense. The popcorn was not hot and looked like it came from a bag. The concessions rang up for more than the sign said....read full review
Theatre is dirty, understaffed. The seat selection process online separates families as it creates an error. Online shows recliner seats but theatre is basic seating with sticky seats.
The theater was dirty and there was no digital check in. The tickets 🎫 stations were closed on a Friday night?! Nobody pointed us to our theater. The concession line was super long so since we purchased tickets online we just walked in. Theater sign didn’t have our movie showtime (showed 2:30pm instead of 6:30pm) displayed. This place needs new management. I feel sorry for the employees they were severely under staffed. Do not recommend this theater. Maybe a 2 out of 5 stars...read full review
