We came for the holiday pajama party to watch The Polar Express and my kids had a blast! The staff was soo kind and attentive and they gave all of the kids free blankets! Special shootout to Rowan, he was incredibly kind and helpful!

Over half of the drinks were out of order. No sugar free options available. I was forced to buy a bottle, which does not come with refills. My daughter wanted an Icee. Guess what? Also out of order. We were forced to buy a bottled water instead. No refills. She saw gummy bears and asked for those. We were told they were not selling gummy bears that day. Made no sense. The popcorn was not hot and looked like it came from a bag. The concessions rang up for more than the sign said. Thirty seven dollars for a medium popcorn and 3 drinks. We were directed to our theater. We went in and were immediately reprimanded by an employee who yelled that it was "not clean yet". When we were allowed back in, the smell hit us immediately. The whole theater smelled of mildew. We located our seats, in complete darkness no less. We were shocked at the filth. I can't imagine what it looked like before the "cleaning". Mildew all over the walls behind the seats, food under and behind the seats. The seats pictured online were nice leather seats. The seats in the theater were cloth and were absolutely FILTHY and stained. A member of my party sat in his chair, and it immediately fell back into the wall. The underneath of the chairs were rusted solid. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Initially, I experienced a delay with my food order, which was quite frustrating, especially as it coincided with the start of my movie. Your willingness to listen and rectify the situation speaks volumes about the new management's commitment to customer satisfaction. This was my go-to movie theater for years for myself and my family. Sadly, the overall quality of this place has declined. Food that I ordered was barely warm and flavorless. During my last visit, a homeless man was sleeping inside. I did not see any police security and just found out they are no longer patrolling the place. Very disappointing.

This theatre definitely needs to invest in renovations! Several tray tables are missing from the seats and don’t get me started on the stench in the ladies restroom. Yuk 🤮 I asked the manager about it and all she said was “yeah, it’s a sewer problem” Love that it’s a local and small theater but I won’t be back anytime soon.

We really like this theater and it has lots of potential, Just have your staff put some effort into cleaning up. They're all are very friendly, but stand around a lot when lots of cleaning needs to be done.
My church rented a theater here for services while we were building a new facility. Ever since, my family and I come here for movies - and we love it. It definitely has the perfect balance between classic cinema and modern theater. Employees are usually friendly and helpful.

We have been coming here for years and come at least once a week if not, more. We really love the tables in most theatres and the staff is usually pretty friendly. With that being said, this place has steadily gone downhill in recent years. Most recently (the last 3 weeks or so), there is a stench of sewage throughout the whole facility. Their floors are constantly sticky in main areas and restrooms (it doesn’t matter when or what time you come, they are ALWAYS sticky. Their theatres are hardly ever clean anymore when we come. Food is ok but it could be so much better if they kept up the facility. Lastly, I wish they would try to regulate the temp, 80% of the time, the theatres are freezing. I know we have complained and so have others but will still have to bring a blanket because it’s not a comfortable experience.

Minimal parking, outdated design, floors/restrooms are dirty the moment you walk in, you can already see.
Seats are outdated too. Not auto reclining. There are better options.

I rented a theater out for family and friends to celebrate my daughter's 18th. We had an amazing time. There were two staff members there and they were so helpful and accommodating. There was Logan and another nice young lady. They made sure we were taken care of our entire time there. Booking the theater was very simple as well. I worked with Cindy ( I believe that's her name) and it was a piece of cake and she was super nice. The only issue have is the theater was pretty dirty. Popcorn was all over the floor and none of the tables had been wiped down. I would think this would be cleaned especially for a party renting out a theater. Other than that, it was a fun experience and my daughter had a great time! Would definitely do this again!
