While we love Texas Roadhouse, our normal amazing location was a bit too far for family to meet for a birthday.
The server was nice but from what it appeared is he was working Booths on both ends of the restaurant and it cause server to suffer. Drinks not getting refilled, issue getting to go containers, drink orders not coming out correctly and having to bring the missing components to the table bringing more dishes to take up room on the table and big issues just having to locate him. Had to have the manager deal with some of the cups and dishes cause there wasn't enough room.
Food was decent, no where near the Euless location. Steak come out rare instead of medium rare. Completely dark red center and still very cold. Sent the steak back to have it brought back burnt.
Our house salads came out at the exact same time as our entrees which caused the already small table for a group of 6 to have no room.
The 2 kids steak bites where burnt in places. Kids barely ate any of it due to the taste of the kids only ate the macaroni which is basically kraft Mac and cheese.
Overall we will not be returning to this location and will make it a point to visit our regular location in Euless.

Always my favorite place to eat, staff is always great at every location I've been too. As a veteran they go out of their way to support us every November 11th.

We visited Texas Roadhouse, and our server started off great; very personable and friendly. However, as time went on, the service declined. Our bread basket sat empty for over 20 minutes, and one of the managers was the one who ultimately asked if we wanted more. Our server walked past our table multiple times (10+), yet never offered refills, and our glasses sat empty throughout most of the meal.
The food itself was decent, and he did check on us once after it was delivered, but that was the last time he stopped by until the end, when he asked if we needed a box. Overall, the experience could’ve been much better with more attentive service.

Got the chicken fried Ribeye Togo last night. Everything was good except for the Steak. It was overcooked and very tough. Much was inedible. The crust was very greasy, dark and brittle. Most fell off the steak!

This was our first visit to this location and it was a very pleasant experience. Our waiter James was very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back to this location next time.

This place really struggled tonight. My steak was undercooked, and I had to go find my waiter just to let him know—he never checked back. It took far too long for the steak to come back to the table, and even then, it still wasn’t right. What made it worse was that the manager never stopped by or acknowledged the issue. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

Being blown off as by a manager for food and getting all my food late is unacceptable. Do not go to this one they will fall short on everything!

I'll try to be as honest as possible.
The food is really good, the drinks are great, the service is also really good. The atmosphere is my only problem.
Between the music and the crowd, it's a bit much. They have a little side room that can do two or three families only. That was where they seated us..and the speakers were so loud we just stared at each other during the meal. No conversation unless you leaned in and spoke directly into their ear. I would still highly recommend just for the food.
