I thought long about about giving this poor rating as my previous visits to other Texas Riadhouse locations have been 5 stars. However, we were told out party of 13 would be about an hour, after about an 80 minutes of waiting we checked in and told they are not ready for us but would let us know. After 2 hours and 15 minutes they brought us to an area where they got us 2 tables back to back. We were never told when we checked in we would have to be seated at 2 tables. When the food came on 4 different trays from 4 different servers over a 5 minute time frame, another 5 minutes went by before we saw our server who asked how everything tasted, told her 3 people at our table did not receive their food. Another 5 minutes or so went by and she brought out the 3 missing orders. By thus time the rest of the party were finishing up their meals. My wife’s steak was completely charred on one end and medium on the other end and had the wrong side item, but she did not want to say anything as she was afraid it would cause one person in our party to loose it at the poor staff member who wears very apologetic about our entire bad experience. I was surprised we were not offered any type of discount or maybe free dessert. Bottom line don’t bring a party of more than 6.

Usually the food and service are really good. This time, the service was slow, and the waiter was not attentive at all. He was nice but only came to take our order and give us the Togo box. Steak was cooked wrong, and the chili was horrible. I always get the chili, and I don't know if the recipe changed but it was not good.

I want to say I normally order the Dallas Filet, and am always happy with the meal. But this time I decided to try the filet medallions. Do NOT order the Filet medallions! Our server said they were the same as the filets, just 3 pieces of meat instead of one. NOT TRUE! I could only eat one of the 3 medallions do to the fatty meat. The reason I always order a filet is basically no fat. Not so with the filet medallions. In fact, now that I think about it, it was not 3 medallions, but one piece of meat, trimmed to look like 3 medallions, but joined together. I should have asked for a manager, as I think they charged me for a filet, but gave me a different piece of meat.

The food and service was great. We joined the wait list and got the text to gather our party and come inside to be seated. We came in and it was a mad house. We ended up waiting another 20 plus minutes after we came in. They also don't have any seating inside like most Texas Roadhouses do. I looks like they took it out to expand their take out section. The wait for food was also kind of long compared to other Roadhouses I've been to. Definitely not my favorite location.
The fried pickles were very salty. Our glasses and plates felt gritty, though they don't serve grits. Not sure what is going on with their dishwasher. The server never came back to see how our food was. The table of four behind us arrived after us but got their salads and food before us. We had the same waitress. Guess she forgot to put our order in first and remembered after she put in their order.

I’m surprised this place is still going strong. I ordered a burger and it was completely raw inside so I’m glad I cut it open. They also forgot the rolls so I had to drive back up there and they gave me a new burger and threw in some fries which was nice. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was nice there especially the manager but it seems like the cook needs to go. My son ate his burger and now he’s sick. I know it’s not a stomach bug bc we haven’t been anywhere bc the snow and no one else is sick in the house either. I checked his burger it seemed okay, but at this point I would say it’s bc the restaurant. I had a friend who had gone there and she ended up sick bc when she got to the middle of her steak it was raw. I should have listened to my gut but wanted to give them a chance. Seems common there from reading the other reviews. Oh well, I never really go here and I won’t ever go again. Thank you to the manager for being so sweet but seems like you need new ppl in the back.

Too loud, incompetent service, steaks not worth the price. I'm handicapped and in a power chair. Although y'all claimed to have us seated in the handicapped section, it didn't feel like it bc I was constantly in someone's way. I'd much rather go to Outback or Saltgrass, spend less money on a better quality steak, get much better service, be able to hear our conversation, and not feel as if I'm constantly in the way of other patrons and employees. I was miserable and couldn't get back home fast enough.

This place has truly gone down hill! I don’t understand how or why? Went on 12/27 service was absolutely deplorable! The manager came by more than our server did. He ended up giving us a coupon for “dinner for two”
We went back tonight, so disappointed. Asked for a medium steak, came rare in the center. Girlfriend asked for no eggs in the critter salad, came with eggs. Waitress said she’d bring rolls after taking our order, never got them, looked over to see her doing another servers hair. I had asked her when she took my steak back, if she could just count the app we ordered as my entree and call it even with the coupon we had. Man her attitude just flipped. Came back with a 0$ receipt and just tossed it and turned around and gave us the most sarcastic have a good night.
Service and food back to back visits was just awful.
