My husband and I have been to this location numerous times and Kylie is by far the best server we’ve had! Our friends don’t speak much English and she was very patient and helpful while also being incredibly attentive to us and her other tables (I used to be a server and tend to notice things like this). Definitely the best experience we’ve had at this location

Best Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to! It was very busy but there was zero wait time & got seated instantly! We ordered and food was ready in less than 10 minutes. It’s my first time in Fort Worth & I will definitely come back to this location.

This was our first time here and likely last with our experience we came to celebrate my girlfriends 21st birthday to start off our appetizer of Potato skins was burnt then we had steak and ribs with side of chili and fries my chili never came despite reminding the waiter several times and never once did he stop by to even give me a refill for my drink it sat empty on edge of table the entire time my gf had smothered chicken with side of corn and mashed potatoes the chicken was dry corn was way to salty only good thing was mashed potatoes The overall experience for her birthday was terrible

We had to wait over an hour for a party of 6. We sat at a booth that seats 4 comfortably. This place was over crowded. Our food was served in a timely matter but seating was uncomfortable.

I came here on a date with my husband and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the cups and plates. I found two hairs, one inside my husband’s drink and one on my plate and it was obvious that it was not my hair since my hair is straight and that hair was curly. I informed the manager (I think her name was Bianca) and at first she had offered me a new meal but when I said it was a steak she seemed hesitant on giving me a new meal and instead offered to do 30% off of my meal only. I don’t think that was enough as it only took off $5 and it wasn’t just one hair. In my opinion that’s gross, I do not want to be eating someone else’s hair with my food. It’s unhygienic and just gross to find. Please do better management.
